I was wondering whether any of you good people could help? I've picked up the ww shoppping and eating out books at a car boot as my OH was wanting to try it, but cant afford to join. How many points would he need to eat he's 5.4 and weighs 12.5 stone and is most of the info he needs in these books or is he best to dig deep into his pockets and actually go?!

i personally suggest that he goes for a few weeks and see if he likes it, but if not this unofficial site has a lot of info and the points questionaire

Hi have just got back from the dreaded weigh in. I managed to loose 1 lb this week. Just got 2 lb to go and I will have lost 2 st. I have been trying to walk for 1/2 hr each day but I think I am going to try for 1 hr a day next week, (to make up for the extra I will eat this week-end.)

    Breakfast -Low fat yogurt

Lunch - 1 sl toast, tin of baked beans
    Peaches in juice

Supper - Take-away. Not sure what yet.

    Good luck everyone.

I have had two weigh-ins now, the first I had lost 2lb, at the second, on Tuesday I had lost 2.5lb. I was pleased. I haven't been very good since my weigh in though. I need to have 20-22 points a day. I made the WW garden vegetable soup this week, it was very tasty.

Onwards and upwards. Today I had a nice prawn salad with small jacket potato for my dinner, and a Muller Lite (currently 5 for £1.00 at Tesco) Good luck everyone!!
A minute at the till, a lifetime on the bill.

Nothing tastes as good as being slim feels.

    one life, live it!

Hi everyone, I joined my local group tonight but had to run off to pick up DS2 from Beaver scouts before the end so I didn't get much individual chat from the leader. I guess I'll just have to do what I can for this week and see what happens. (BTW I'm starving right now!!!)
Just call me Nodwah the thread killer
