Hi everyone
Well i started (for the umpteenth time) again on Monday this week, had a wobbly night as I had a few glasses of wine so got the munchies, but have been on track since. As i'm doing it alone from hone i'm weighing myself every morning and can see a loss everyday. Although Monday (or maybe Tuesday after my wobble) will be my official weigh in i've currently lost 5lb!! The 1st time i did ww I think i lost 8lb in the 1st week, then had an average loss of 2lb a week. But i'm very happy as i've just broken through the next stone barrier!
Good luck everyone else, keep up the good work!Fight for clean hospitals, C-DIFF takes lives

Hello fellow slimmers!
I recently bought Claire Sweeney's perfect fit exercise dvd on ebay but I didn't realise that the version I bought does not include the weight watchers points values of the workouts! I am signed up to weight watchers online (can't stand going to the meetings!) and the online forum was no help.
Can anybody help me with this please? I could try & work it out using the calculator on the weight watchers site but it would involve some guesswork on my part. I would really like to hear from somebody who has the member's version of the DVD which includes the points values.
Many thanks,

Well done on losing a stone and a half - that's amazing, in such a short time
too. I'm sure you wiull be fine when you get to the class. I've at least the same amount to lose as you, so I know how you feel :-) I have my weigh in tomorrow morning, so I'm keeping my fingers crossed as I missed last week. Tomorrow will be my fourth week attending.
Good luck!0 -

Hi All
Welcome to the thread flowerscotland and congratulations on losing 1.5 st - what a great achievement!
I had my WI last night and have lost 2lb :j, making my total loss 5lbs. Glad to see it's not stalled (I only lost half a pound last week...) - I did nothing different this week apart from go to a wedding and eat loads from the buffet (which I hadn't saved any points for). And no, I didn't dance either...the newly weds are into 1940s swing dancing in a big way so that's the only type of music that was played all night.
Good luck for your WI today papoosue - and to everyone else who's starting this week.
Take care

I lost 4lb!!!!! (in a week)
Comes off easy the first week:rolleyes:
I got weighed by the practice nurse, who also gave me a perscription for reductil, so I will let you all know how I get on with that too.
So I will start taking that tomorrow, every little helps:D
As well as WW, I'm on the straight & narrow now back to slim:D
2 weeks on Reductil, just been weighed, lost another 5 lbs.
So thats 9 lbs in 3 weeks.
The Nurse told me I'm 7 kilos lighter than when I was first weighed several weeks ago. So thats about 15lbs, so I lost that extra 6 lbs in the run up to starting with the Nurse.
Need to get back to WW, I'm paying by mothly DD as well, not very MSE:mad:
Think I will have to join another class for a while as Wednesdays is not good for me.0 -
Hi there! Had weigh in this morning and lost another 1.5lbs, that takes it to 4.5lbs in 4 weeks - I'm really pleased with that as I struggled a bit when the kids were off school - eating out etc. Thanks Ishtar and flowerscotland for your encouragement :-)
Hi to Piratess - 18.5lbs is really good, isn't it? You must be chuffed - keep it up!
Hi to MrsE too, you are doing really well - 15lbs!! Not heard much about Reductil but it sounds as if it's working for you really well. I've been thinking about the DD monthly pass as well, but apparently a lot of people (including me) were put off by having to put their bank/card details online etc. I mentioned this to the leader this morning and she says there is a new thing coming out soon where you can do a monthly pass type of payment, but you don't have to pay online (I think you have to pay 12 weeks up front though) - might be an idea?
Good luck for this week everyone!0 -

Thanks, but its really 9 lbs since I've been trying properly, i think I must have had fluid retention & constipation when the doctor first weighed me:rotfl: Sorry is that TMI?:o
Its really 9lbs, but its a good start.
I've only been on the Reductil 2 weeks, but its not killing my appetite as much the last couple of days as it did in the beginning, so its not magic at all. But its a little crutch to give me a start boost.0
