Morning Weight Watchers and all New Joiners
Had my WI this morning and stayed the same. Would have liked to have lost a pound but at least it was not a gain. Have stuck to plan if anything may not have used all the points everyday.
Last week was my first WI and I did lose 4lb which I was so pleased with as I had been cutting down for the two weeks before.
Good luck for the coming week with all your WI :T :T :T :T0 -
Hi,
I joined WW again last week. Have 2.5 stone to lose which would take me back to the same as I was when I started at uni 9 years ago. I joined last year and lost a stone but lost interest. Really motivated this time. I weigh in on a tuesday so will hoping for a couple of pounds off this week. Good luck to everybody!April £5 a day challenge- £15.05/£1500 -
Hi all
look at me, I started this thread, which i'm glad to see is quite popular, and haven't been on it, not only that i'm not sticking to my plan at all! Its my own fault, and i really haven't helped myself buying a 3 litre box of wine on firday! Thats where my will power goes down the plug hole, after a glass of wine. But today i'm feeling positive (again) and starting things again. I've printed off some tracking charts to keep up in the kitchen so hopefully if i can see what i'm eating, it'll help me.
I must make regular comebacks to this thread because I know we can all help each other along the road.
I think i'll be happy to lose a stone, so watch this space! Good luck, and well done to everyone else who is already on the right path!Fight for clean hospitals, C-DIFF takes lives

Hi All
Had my WI yesterday evening - not impressed to find I've only lost half a pound. Still, its going in the right direction! I have a hunch that the chinese takeaway on Saturday and the HM pizza on Friday didn't help much....:p (In my defence it was all within my points...!).
Anyhow, a big congratulations to all of you who've lost weight, keep up the good work!

Well done to Minty and Ishtar on your losses this week. Any off is a bonus. I've saved 8.5 this week so I can have a chinese tonight. Got to have boiled rice instead of egg fried rice but really looking forward to it.April £5 a day challenge- £15.05/£1500

I rejoined WW last night, my friend came with me, got my kickstart pack, which I've been reading, going to make some soup. I'd like to lose 23lb in total, I know it'll be really hard, was planning on going for a jog/run/walk tonight but have a bad headache.
Good luck everyone.A minute at the till, a lifetime on the bill.
