    3 words.............

    Ryvita mini breaks

    Get the chocolate ones.

They are FAB, chocolate & nuts in a crunchy crispy nibble, they don't taste like "diet" sweets/food.

I think they are 1.5 points per bag.

You get them in a multipack box near the cereal bars.

    Box of 5 or 6 is £2
  • Lost another 1lb this week so that's 6lb in 3 weeks which I'm pleased with.
For my sweet treat I have the weightwatchers rich toffee or coconut bars, and I do allow myself a chocolate bar of my choice after my weigh in!Last night was a Snickers!
  • Hi all

Just for those of you with sweet teeth out there are your freezers stocked up with skinny cow lollies?? They're scrummy! They do ice cream ones, double choc or mint choc which are 1.5pts each, and they're a good size too, not smaller mini ones, or they do smoothie/sorbet ones in berry or tropical mango which are 1pt each!!

  • Hi

    My eating for today:

BREAKFAST: 1 Weetabix only just covered in milk (rest of milk allowance goes in tea) 2pts

MID MORNING SNACK: 2x low fat rich tea biccies and tea 1pt

LUNCH: 2x crackerbread, 1/2 tin tuna with very very low fat mayo (0pts) spring onions, cucumber, tomatoes and celery diced up and mixed together 2pts

AFTERNOON SNACK: french fries (crisps) 1.5pts

DINNER: 2x sainsburys low fat sausages (3pts), 100g potato wedges (3pts) salad, fat free salad dressing 6pts

Total for the day so far is 12.5 pts so i'll probably chuck in a lolly and a snack a jack (1.5pts and 1pt) for pudding, or a glass of wine. I'm a bit naughty as although my allowance is about 18/19 points a day I tend to hang around 14.5, max 16 points a day as the weight comes off a bit quicker. It worked for me when I did ww after having my DD, if I stick to my max allowance it comes off too slowly for my liking and I lose interet.

I have also found the minimum points version of everything I eat (eg iceland used to do the lowest low fat sausages of all the supermarkets at only 1 point each, but i think they've stopped doing them now), so i actually struggled to be using up all my daily allowance.

I keep plenty of gherkins, celery and raw carrots in the fridge for munching on if i get hunger pangs throughout the day.

    Hi

I hope you don't mind me joining in but I came across this thread yesterday. I have been going to WW since January 08 and have managed to loose 25 lbs so far. I have quite a long way to go but I am taking it slowly with the hope that this time it will stay off.

We have a caravan on Anglesey so we tend to go there every week-end so week-ends are a bit of a struggle as I enjoy the odd glass of wine, but Monday to Thursday I try a lot harder.

    Breakfast - Mueller lite Yogurt

Lunch - Beans on 1 slice toast
    Pears in Jc

Hi everyone seems to be doing well with WW at the moment.
I am doing WW at home and have lost 6lb in four weeks. I am really happy with a pound a week if I can lose that.
I have been walking the dog for an hour a day and I can really notice the difference with clothes getting loose. It does not always show on the scales but exercise really does make a difference.
Good luck everyone for the coming week not long now to summer.

    welcome ladies

well done on the weight losses :j

I have been doing well all week, I went out last night and had vodka and diet lemonade, from my saved up points :D I had some chips on the way home tho ooops lol ! It was only a few and I had loads of saved up points from the week. I have to be extra good til tues when its my second weigh in day, to see how much weight I have lost, wish me luck

I had a slice of toast and tea fro breakfast this morning, a pitta with hommous and salad for lunch and a packet of weightwatchers salt and vinegar hoops, and a chicken and mushroom from the chinese tonight, which is apparently only 5 points for that and the boiled rice.
