Hi all,
Back at weight watchers again for the umpteenth time. It doew work but I always give up before I get to goal, and then put it back on! First time I went aged 24 and pre kids I weighed 11.10 and thought I was really overweight, I would LOVE to weigh that now!!! I have about 4 stone to lose in all honesty... saw a woman in a magazine last week who took a photo of herself sideways once a month to have a picture of how much she'd lost so got daughter to take a photo of me, made me realise how bad I have let myself get, looks far worse than full frontal picture! Anyway, will let you all know how I get on at first weigh in next Tuesday....0 -
Can I join up here too. I joined this morning at my highest ever weight. I was so so upset. I completely lack motivation and am already thinking chocolate on my first day.Total 2019: £3972 - Best win this year £3000
2018 total £4062/2017 total £2260/ 2016 total £2025/ 2015 total £3809.0 -
Hi has everyone had a good day.
I went to cinema with son and I was going to treat myself to some chocolate but instead I put 4 jaffa cakes in handbag and that did the treat.
Mind you once you get the taste of chocolate after a few days of not having any the feeling of wanting more is quite hard to resist.
I think I am better sticking to fruit in between meals.0 -
As this is MSE how about (in addition to the WW support thread) a WW thread just for bargains of stuff that is WW or complements WW?
I ws in Morrisons today & they had three of the small cans of WW soup for £1.20 or the large cans were buy 2 get 1 free (I think it worked out at £1.28).
Also chipsticks, need to point these but I think they are very low & frazzels again low, BOGOF:D EDITED TO SAY, I POINTED THESE. 1 for the frazzels & 1.5 for the chipsticks
Can someone tell if they see the special K chocolate bites (squares) come on offer again, I love them, chocolate & nuts my two fav things:D
And they WW brand of crisp snacks were 2 little bags of crisps for 70p, & they had a new flavour chessy nachos.
I want to loose weight before my hol in June, I want to try scuba diving & hubby is worried we will get harpooned if we don't trim up a bit:rotfl:0 -
I've had a good day but only because I've had a bit of a bug and haven't felt like eating anything!0

Hope you feel better soon minty. Well done samj on resisting temptation. I know what you mean about chocolate, I can go without it for weeks and as soon as i've had some I want more.
Despite having a couple of bad weeks i've managed to stay the same this week. Really happy at not having put on but i'm really kicking myself because if i've eaten that badly and drank that much and STS then think how well I could have done if i'd been more careful. Getting back on track this week though as holiday is getting closer by the day.0 -
Hi there,
Just wondering where exactly these recipes are Mrs Micawber? I had a quick look where I thought they might be, but I can't find them and they sound so delicious!

Just started this week. Can't stay for the whole meeting though as I can't fit it all in. Have the esource thing with my monthly pass which is excellent. Am doing points but am attracted the core plan as no fiddly about weighing stuff. Am I right in thinking you still get 21 points a week with that one too? Have had a migraine since starting (not related, it's a hormone thing) and have been yakking up so now unsure how much has actually gone in. Frankly struggling to eat all the points i'm supposed to........0
