I think Asda is usually pretty good for deals on WW stuff. I think you just have to keep your eyes open and every so often the price will be reduced or they will have a BOGOF or something like that :-)

After a previous post where I said I wouldn't go back to WW classes as I couldn't afford it, I have had to eat my words. I just can't do it without the classes, so I went back today.

    Wish me luck!

    Hi all,

I've been going to weight watchers for over 2 years now and have lost 5 stone so far, just another stone til goal.

I'm a weigher at my meeting and am currently training to be a leader myself, so if any of you need any advice or tips, i'll try my best.

Glad to see a WW thread, this is the first time i've been on the health and beauty boards, i'm a creature of habit and stay on the boards i'm used to normally! lol.

My 3 day residential workshop is in 7 weeks, and need to be at my goal by then ....no bloody pressure then! lol.

Good luck to all of you!

  • at asda they do the healthy options all different 6 for £4.00 some of the meals are 5 points and are bigger portions than ww also iceland do healthy options for £1.00 each and theres are 5 points each also i,m on ww and i dont buy much of there stuff just take your ww calculator with you and look at the health option stuff its cheaper
  • a lot of the own brands have less calories and fat in and are far cheaper.take your points calculator shopping with you.its surprising how much you can save by buying own brands.i find some of the w/w stuff quite pricey
