Hi All,
Have just ordered a load of books from Weight Watchers, as they have them all half price at the minute. Lots of good cookbooks, as well as the Journal / Shopping / Eating Out Guides all half price. Not sure when the offer will end, doesn't say on the website. Annoying thing is you can't order online, so you have to phone them up to place order, but they are very friendly and not pushy on the phone.
HTH.

I was able to order the ones that say 'members price' without being a member! Books have all now arrived and I am really pleased with them.Sorting my life out to give a better life to my:heartsmil 2 gorgeous boys :heartsmil0 -
It seems that you can count 1 point per 80 Cals (Kc ones, NOT the kJ!). Dunno if that applies to chocolate and crisps (darn!) but it seems to fit in well with other foods. It's really kicking the s**t out of my willpower, but I try to stay away from the bad stuff. Not very easy when the kitchen is full of it. Amongst those things is a BIG tin of Quality Streets, that we got back on the 26th of Jan after BA lost our bags on the 20th of Dec!!! Yikes! And the devil stares me right in the face every time I go into the kitchen...0

Wouldn't think that one pack of choccie bix would pile on that amount of weight in one day... You could just blame it on not having been to the loo all day?:A :rotfl:0 -
I don't know if this is a stupid question.. But are those point calculations the same for the point WW diet and the extras on the No Count weight watchers diet?
Thanks.0 -
I don't wanna join ww again as i have my points calculator and all the books. However could anyone please tell me how many points 30 mins swimming gives you.I'd be soooo grateful if anyone has details of points and exercise, as I can't afford to join up again:p"You can't stop the waves, but you can learn to surf"
