Actually though Asda is not my fav supermarket (sorry:o ), it is I think the best for WW food.
So when I'm being a good girl, I go to Asda.

I hate the WW jam_pale_ _pale_ _pale_

    Its awful.

But the Tesco own brand reduced sugar (with a blue lable, very cheap about 50p) is lovely;) ;);) & I'm a jam snob, prior to discovering the Tesco one, my brand of choice was Bonne Mamm (sp?).
    Can very much recommend it.

    Hello!
    Great to see this thread...

I rejoined WW last Tuesday and have around 1.5 stones to lose...I last did WW 'proper' five years ago and lost 2.5st using the online system. This time, however, I'm going to meetings as I didn't want to fork out huge upfront fee for WW Online.

A lot of the weight came back when I had my daughter 3 years ago and until now I've not really been motivated enough to stick on the plan.

My only problem has been a huge appetite today, which is the result of a very energetic aerobics class yesterday...I've eaten my banked points and the bonus points I earned and have still gone over by a couple of points....Think I need to make a huge vat of 0pt soup!

    Take care all
    D.

    Evening All
Hope you have all had a good day.
I do find the weekends are harder to stick to plan. I had hotdogs for tea using quorn sausages and frylight to cook onions in. I had to have tea before everyone as I was getting so hungry the smell of onions makes it worse. I cooked the healthy chips so at least I could have them with family. I am really getting to like those chips and they are low on points if you do them yourself.

Good luck to all newcomers on this thread and let us know when you have had your WI.

    Hi everyone,

I tried out MrsMicawber's Chewy Fruit Muesli Bars today and they are really delicious! The only slight problem I had was that mine were a little soggy at the ends, but I think that's because my cooking dish was smaller so the mixture was thicker and so needed a little longer to cook - they were still tasty anyway and only 1.5 points each!! Thanks for the recipe MrsMicawber :-)

UPDATE for ASDA (I'm persisting in this thread).

    Diet pepsi, cans x 6 = 3 packs for £3, so 18 cans of pepsi for £3.

Weight watches smoked medailions of bacon, 4 packs for £2.

Dolmio light, huge family jars (batch cook or make whole the family diet:D ) 2 jars = £2

THEY NOW SELL DICED BEETROOT, I AM SO EXCITED ABOUT THIS:o Give your salads a new twist, I only like beetroot diced;)

    Kellogues All Bran 95p

    Mullerlights & layers 4 for £1

Tropical Fruit salad 2 for £3

    4 baking potatoes 50p

Fruit & veg I think is about the best value you get in a supermarket anyway:D

I am back on WW again for the second time as somehow that weight just creeps up on your gradually - am sure I must have heavy toe nails or something.

The point to my post is that at present I am putting together a (large) variety of WW recipes (found on the Internet) and would be happy to share with anyone that may find them of use. Think it may take me a little while to get them all together properly (that's the perfectionist in me) but let me know if you are interested.

    Good luck all
