Well done Shellsuit and Foxy! :T Men do so well... :p

Ok, so Monday didn't go too well when faced with delicious BBQ food and being ravenous after dragon boating but hey ho  Today is so far going well although am incredibly bloated!!

Thank you Penky! Yes thats where I'm trying to get my mind to - and actually he already knows what he's missing but he's got to work flipping hard to win me back but he reckons he's gonna try... in the meantime I'll get ME back on track and stop my 'new' clothes starting to feel tight :o already!! Good luck for your WI, all that exercise - I'm impressed! I love classes but all ours are at wierd times.

I only have half a box of mint matchmakers left from my heartbreak binge and thats the house clear of goodies and no I can't just give away or bin them! I might munch them tonight and then thats it :D GONE! And back to the gym tomorrow too :j
Really should be doing some work...

    Hey,

I joined this thread a while back when i was on ww but as I cant afford it anymore I might have to pester you guys on here for points of things if thats ok?

I stupidly threw away the books I had so have nothing to see what the points of things are, im going to start my own spreadsheet of certain things which I eat on a regular basis so I only have to ask you lot once ha ha

Im getting weighed tomorrow morning so will report back then :) I went from 11st 4 last time down to 10st 9 which is at the point when I noticed a difference in my clothes :j I dont want to go any lower than 10st 7 as im 5'7 so any thinner and I look awful!

Thanks for any help, its appreciated! x

Does your local NHS not refer patients to local slimming clubs? Ours are currently doing this, we're in North East, my oh and dd have been referred, might be worth you looking into it. One word of advice though, my daughters friend was attending slimming world for a while and tried to get referred but they wouldnt do at as she had been to slimming classes in the previous 3 months, so dont tell them you've been attending if its been in the last 3 months ifswim.
