Hello, remember me?
After a mammoth catch up of the last few pages I can see you guys are doing AMAZING! Well done to you all :T
Noreen's site is fab, I have downloaded the spreadsheet on home and work computer.
I feel like I've put on about 20lbs over the last couple of weeks(realistically around 5 I think - couldn't face WI at the weekend) I haven't been following WW but instead have been doing the well known man induced heartbreak diet
but I can't do that anymore!
So today is Day 1 - again! So far so good....Fridge, freezer, cupboards and desk drawer rammed with 'good' stuff. Have got these Go Ahead biscuity fruity slice things that are 3 points for the packet (3 slices) really yummy and very filling.
Haven't been to the gym in a while either but tonight we have a work do - dragon boating (followed by BBQ but will stick to a piece of chicken and salads) which sounds like quite hard work - particularly for the wobbly tricep area.
Have great weeks everyone.
Puds xReally should be doing some work...0 -
Well done puddings for getting back on track:T:T:TI've been the same and put on 5 lbs:rolleyes: So back to it today for me too:A0

had a bad weekend as it was my dad's 60th so lots of eating took place! Back on track now though, will show on the scales though

I am on ww monthly pass, i can't attend one week this month due to a hospital appointment. What happens with that week money wise? As I would have paid but not been and I can have holiday?0 -

Puddings! Great to hear from you. I wondered where you were!
Oh hun, I full on comfort eat when suffering from heartache. Thats for the first few weeks anyway. Then I tend to think right, I'll show him just what he's missing and I go on a health fix!
I have my weigh in tomorrow and I would really like to get my 2lb so I have lost my 2 stone. I just dont feel like I have lost anything this week though. It's my time of the month and I'm feeling really bloated
I went Aqua Aerobics on Wed, then Body Combat on Thur and then Body Pump on Fri. I was meant to be going Body Combat tonight but I'm feeling a bit under the weather so I'm going to do Davina McKall instead.
Chin up puds xStarting Weight - 16st 5lbs
Current Weight - 15st 11lbs
This weeks loss - -8lbs
Total loss so far - 8lbs
Weeks on CD - 10 -
