Those we love don't go away,They walk beside us every day,Unseen, unheard, but always near,
Still loved, still missed and very dear
Our thoughts are ever with you,Though you have passed away. And those who loved you dearly,

    I've been Money Tipped!
    Hi

Does anyone have a spreadsheet/websites with a list of the foods and their points? I used to be on ww but havent got the books anymore and really want to follow it again! (was going to join again but cant really afford it)

Im going to weigh in at home the same night/morning once a week and follow the plan. I lost the weight i wanted and really felt good but after thinkin oh well i just ate for England! Now i weigh the same as before I started possibly even more!

Thanks for any info anyone can let me have to make this easier!! x

    Haven't checked in for a bit. I've had a semi-well behaved fortnight, but I think I've hit my limit now and my weightloss has stagnated; I've yo-yo'ed between 12st 2 and 12st :-( I'm choosing to ignore the 12st 2 as if I believe the scales read 12st I've lost 3st :-)

Must up the exercise really to try and kick start the weightloss again!

Suze, I've never been to a meeting. I bought a couple of the older books off of eBay (just for the basic points list) and supplement the information with online, plus the infamous calculations (at the start of this thread). I walk around the supermarket working out what points things contain - I know the cals x 0.014285 (that number is ingrained in my brain!) and the sat fat x 0.25.

Also, have a gander at Google for Noreen Blackett - her site has plenty o' info to keep you going.

Hi everyone, well done to everyone on there great losses :T
At fridays weigh-in the oh and dd both lost 4 1/2lb each, I weighed myself at home and had lost 2lb, so we're doing well.
We've been sticking mostly to eating the breakfasts from the fast start, and having point free soups for suppers and sticking to salads, chicken breasts and veg etc, ds still insists it doesnt look like we're on diets judging by the amount of food we're putting on our plates, hes well impressed with it all, and hes only 15 :rotfl:but to be fair hes always liked healthy eating, dont know if this will change when he gets older or not but I aint complaining.
