Hubby and I would like to 'do' WW, but it seems so complicated to work out points! We'd probably just end up eating WW products, or is that the point *boom boom, tish!*

Dont worry, it's not complicated to work out. The difficulty bit is having the willpower to say no to temptation! :rotfl:

dont lose heart dancing butterfly, I'm sure it will pay off next week instead. My body seems to work on a week's delay too - it didnt used to but it seems to be the pattern of my weight loss now. Just stick with it this week because it really will work for your next WI.

    Good luck.

Right dancing butterfly, before you get too downcast get yourself into the kitchen and weigh out half a pound of fat, preferably lard and imagine spreading that all over your body! That is how much lighter you are now, it is going in the right direction and you will get to your goal the healthy way!

I am pretty chuffed as I lost a pound, given that the last 3 weeks were putting on half, losing half and staying the same that felt good!

Dont get too down on yourself, after all you've lost half a pound plus 4 inches off your waist, are you excersising? If so, that would explain your shape changing but the scales not moving as much as you'd like, I bet your clothes are starting to show how much your loosing.

I was so naughty at the weekend! :o:o

Had a bottle of white wine to myself, then 3 glasses of rose, then 2 glasses of pimms....tsk! :beer:To be fair on myself, that's the first drinking session i've had since last august!

Then while drinking i had sausage rolls and sandwiches and wraps and pork pies.

Then on Saturday my son had a football tournament so we took a picnic which wasn't very healthy at all!

Got weighed this morning and have lost 1 lb, so that's 11.5lbs in 3 weeks! :T

Will have to make sure i am extra good this week with no cheating at all because i know that what i had at the weekend will catch up with me at some point! :D
