I'm really cheesed off with this wheat free thing - it's totm and I want to eat nice things.......lots of nice things but all I have are blooming wheat free sultana cookies and I don't even like sultanas
Resisting the urge to pop over the shop which is directly opposite my house to buy chocolate

Morning all - so we've made the decision - WW it is!!
From a moneysaving point of view - which is best, online or meetings?? I'm not bothered too much about support etc as I work funny hours etc etc. Paying in advance would be better too I suppose.

For breakfast, my OH is slighty stuck as he starts work at 4am and doesn't really wanna make anything at that time, but also doesn't want to eat cereal e very morning.....any ideas??

    Thanks Gert

    Hi Everyone:)
Puds I hope your dad is ok xx

Sorry rushing again but just to say I have lost 2lbs this morning at WW so total now is 7.5lbs in 8 weeks
but I was away for one of those weeks and did gain so it has taken me a couple of weeks to get back on track!!!!!

Feeling very positive now as I can now get back in to my size 14 Jeans :) and also I have lost 9 inches in fat along the way.
My measurements have gone down by an inch on my neck, 3 inches on my hips, 1.5 inches on my waist, 1 inch on the top of right arm, 0.5 inches on top of left arm, nothing on thighs(but I dont really carry my weight here as do lots of walking) and 2 inches off my bust.
It is such a good incentive to get measured as the inch losses really do add up.
Hope everyone has a good week,
    Catch up soon

Hi everyone, my daughter and husband are joining weighwatchers using the referal scheme our local NHS is doing, was just wondering if this is just a North East thing or if its being done in all areas, should I maybe start a new thread or not
Any advice on ww will be gratefully recieved, I'm gonna be doing the diet with them, but didnt bother getting a referal, I think 2 in the family is enough, I'll just weigh myself at home while they're at the meetings.

Hi Bulchy and welcome! I'm not sure on the North East thing but I'm sure someone will be along to help. I wouldn't start a new WW thread unless you mean specifically to answer that question? We'll all get lost and confused lol
Lots of luck to you, you'll get lots of help and support from the people on this thread ;)

Hello everyone :) Sounds like some people have been having some good losses, well done.

Well I've just got back home from a long weekend in London. Had a fantastic time seeing some shows & sites but I havent been counted points. Off to my WI in a few mins, fingers crossed my weekend didnt wreck things too much.

Sorry, didnt really explain properly, was just gonna let people know that the free referal was available in my area, as this is about moneysaving, and slimming clubs can be costly at the best of times, also so that others could check if it was free in other areas too :embarasse I never explain myself properly.
