right... day one on the WW plan!

    B: protien shake - 2.5pts
    S: apple and WW yog - 1.5pts
    L: Granery toast & poached egg - 3pts
    S: 2 satsumas - 0.5pts
    D: Fish 3.5 mash 1.5 sweet corn 1 - 6

so far 13.5 which I know is under - and leaves room fora little something with a cup of tea later - might get some jaffa cakes.

I know protien shake isn't the best for brekkie - but it's quick and I have loads left so in true money saving spirit I'll be using it up.

So any advice or comments welcome.

    :o

(just walked to the shops with hubby and the dog to get the afore mentioned jaffa cakes!!)

Edited to add 3 x jaffa cakes for 2.5pts - total 16 for the day (if I counted right)

    Thanks for that Puds xx

Lol, I can't take the credit for it, I stole it off the WW boards a while ago but thought it was fab :D a new way to look at our weightloss!!

hot.chick - how many points are you allowed? Menu looks good to me, I seriously do not have [STRIKE]enough[/STRIKE] any fruit! Must try harder..<insert slap on wrist icon> Mmmm jaffa cakes, can't stop at 1 or 2 though so i daren't buy!!

AND how good was I? I ran away from the buffet food at today's meeting and ate my WW pitta with healthy bacon, lettuce and tomato, bag of frazzles and a WW lemon meringue bar :A and i went to the gym...won't get too excited but I might be back on the wagon!!

Have just had spaghetti hoops on toast - proper comfort food - and I loved it and only 3.5 points, now gonna have a raspberry mousse and I still have some points left...hmm choices choices. I've just bought some Randoms (cos I want to talk nonsense like they do in the advert, although maybe I do already ) they are 2.5 points and also some love hearts for 1.5 points apparantly for the whole tube according to to the shop guide :j I should at the apples that are slowly turning soft on the fruit bowl..nah! My name is Puddings for a reason ;)

Right signing off, hoping to become squidgy chess piece :p
Really should be doing some work...

    Love those ramdoms!!!!

I'm on 21 points - so I know I should have had one more - but feel ok - and don't want to eat something for the sake of it.

Puddings, well done, doesn't it feel good to know you are back on board :)

I have been off work the last 2 days, just haven't felt quite right. Has meant that I have been at home on my own which could have been tempting but as I am moving out tomorrow there isn't all that much to eat. I did make cookies the other day and have eaten 4 of them but as I didn't have a proper tea I am still within my points. I am determined to get back on track for monday, that is 1lb and the 1/2 I put on last week! Only prob is another wedding saturday! Eek

Hope all is well with everyone!

Hot.chick, I think you're gonna have to get as close to your points as you can (well unless you have a treat day at the weekend like I do and use my entire weeks allowance ) only cos when you have to drop a point then it may stall you a bit??

Oh Sian, hope you feel better soon. Well done for not sitting and stuffing your face - I'm not sure how I'll cope next week when I'm off. I need to chill out and relax but I also need to keep busy to stop snacking!

Have so far booked a pedicure, eyebrow wax, full body exfoliation and massage, hair cut, some gym and sauna sessions, a couple of sunbeds....and will spend a grand total of £36 :money: Am also going to see if the college beauty salon can fit me in and see what else I could have! May take a day and go shopping too.

I have been getting frustrated with my knickers recently and having to tuck them back down into my trousers and I'm like what on earth is going on?? Well doh, I've dropped a dress size haven't I! My knickers are too BIG!!! Lol, I forgot about underwear...gonna have to treat myself to some new undercrackers next week too. :j Hee hee.

    Lol, sounds like a plan!
I like the sound of your week, bargainous and decadent at the same time. Though naughty sunbeds!

Still feeling a bit cr-ap, tried to make porridge and it overflowed over the microwave so ended up with about 2 dessert spoons of porridge left and about 100g blueberries.
Moving house tonight so that should be a few activity points if only I had the energy to pack all my clothes up... now this is where I need a man in my life ;)

Hope everyone has a great day

... now this is where I need a man in my life ;)

Nah they are more a hinderance than a help!!

And yes I know sunbeds are bad - I bought 10 sessions in Feb last year ready for my hols and I've still got more than half left so I'm not obsessive. It does make me fell better though. I do have the tanning moisturiser stuff and, although good, I jsut cant be bothered :o

Hollowhead - woohooooooooo :T on reaching 10% its a fabulous feeling. Luckily they haven't taken my keyring off me now I've gone backwards..
Really should be doing some work...
