Moodflowers, when you pick up a pound of sugar etc it feels like a lot, that is what you are no longer carrying this last 2 weeks. And 10lb, imagine walking around all day carrying that much weight? You are doing really well, I am looking forward to being at that stage!

    Check this out moonflower
There is a good idea on there to keep you motivated, get yourself 10lb of something and put it in a bag, feel how heavy that is. After next weigh in, add another lb or whatever you have lost and see how heavy it is!

Loving the motivational techniques from you Sian!

I also look at my weightloss - try not to think about my ridiculous gains these last few weeks and focus on the total loss otherwise I really think I'd lose it completely and you wouldn't see me for dust! Or mounds of chocolate ;)

Not that it helped last week :o and Moonflowers - I don't buy them other poeple do and my will power appears to have eloped.
