Hello all!
I'm back off my holiday need a bit of a kick up the bum to get back into the swing of things. I thought this was the best place to come!
So, I had my last weigh in on Mon 15th June and i lost 4lbs which was great. I then had a few days before my holiday and I must admit I was a bit more relaxed with my points tracking! I then had a 2 week holiday and got back the morning of Friday 3rd. I had my Dad's birthday party on Sat and I drank and had food from the buffet! So I started afresh this Tuesday (the day my week begins) and have really stuck to it this week. I didnt go to weigh in on Monday as I thought I would give myself one week to try and shift some holiday weight.
People say I dont look to have put on much but I feel bigger. My belt hole is the same though.
On holiday I mostly ate chicken and rice (as this is what they had in the hotel every day!) and occasionally we ate out and I will admit to having a nice Indian one night!
I am just pretrified of going to my weigh in on Monday! I'm going to go gym most nights this week and I'm going to try and eat lots of salad with meat for my evening meals. Fingers crossed eh?! Before I went away I only needed to lose another 4lbs to reach 2 stone so I hope I havent ruined it too much! Imagine if they say I've put on a stone! Oh my god!
Anyway, enough of me going on! Welcome to all you newbies and well done on the weight loses.
It's good to be back! (Although I would much prefer to be in Turkey in the 45 degree heat!)

P.S - Photos will be on FB shortly

Welcome back Penky, sounds like you've had a good time & that you've tried to be good. You might surprise yourself - I've been abroad a few times & not put on wegith in the past cos I think you tend to drink lots of water when it's hot & are away from your fridge & so snack less. Stick with it over the next few days & fingers crossed for that WI.0

I was a bit naughty today as I have not been feeling brilliant. My only good food was something I cooked yesterday which was a load of veggies with some baked beans and pasta. Apart from that I had disastrous porridge and 5 cookies!!! Yikes. Still in my points as I didn't have tea for real, just some butternut squash chips in fry light with some chilli and salt on (mmmm!)
Well done everyone who was healthier than me!God is good, all the time

So, still a bit of a sore throat and still a bit groggy but I am determined to not feel too sorry for myself. I am in my new house now (with a lot of help from my friends in moving) and the kitchen is still being fitted so it is cooking with a microwave and a kettle or no cooking at all! Roasted some veggies last night in old house and am having them for my 'breakfast', lol, not really ideal but can't get to the fridge!
How is everyone else doing this slightly dull day?God is good, all the time

Vikki great menu too! You guys really put me to shame with the amount of fruit you eat..
I didn't get to the gym last night, I had bad news about my Dad of which I can't do anything about being at the opposite side of the world!
I didn't comfort myself with food though which is good.
Today I had/have a oaty bar and yogurt 2.5, a tuna mayo sandwich 3.5 <pause whilst I go outside for a fire drill> Pom Bears 1.5 Jelly 0. Don't know whats for dinner yet...WI tomorrow!!!!!!!!!!!
Seriously my knickers are MASSIVE and causgin me all sorts of problems. I have a shopping date to Portsmouth next week to resolve these issues :rotfl:Really should be doing some work...0 -
