Day going well just made home made chinese prawn soup for 1pt!!!!

Sian, do you have a sandwich toaster? I remember cooking things on an open sandwich toaster when I moved into my first flat, I used it like a hot plate and it worked fine if not a little more time consuming that a normal pan, I used to use the microwave, kettle and sandwich toaster and managed suprisingly well with a bit of imagination!

Good luck and well done everyne keep up the good work!!!

    Morning all!

hot.chick what a great menu! Mmmm Nando's - I tend to have the chicken pitta 6.5 with the rice. YUM.

Vikki great menu too! You guys really put me to shame with the amount of fruit you eat..

I didn't get to the gym last night, I had bad news about my Dad of which I can't do anything about being at the opposite side of the world!

I didn't comfort myself with food though which is good.

Today I had/have a oaty bar and yogurt 2.5, a tuna mayo sandwich 3.5 <pause whilst I go outside for a fire drill> Pom Bears 1.5 Jelly 0. Don't know whats for dinner yet...WI tomorrow!!!!!!!!!!!

Seriously my knickers are MASSIVE and causgin me all sorts of problems. I have a shopping date to Portsmouth next week to resolve these issues :rotfl:

My fruit thing is a new thing to me, it fill me up lots though :)

    Afternoon all.

I've had a woeful non-point-counting 4 days... and I didn't feel guilty one bit. Well, it's not every week you change decades, is it?! Cake aplenty, takeaways, you name it I've blown the diet out of the window.

Anyway, after a rather hedonistic evening last night (wine - the first time I've had a drink in a long while) and a 3 course meal I'm feeling the effects today.

However I got on the scales first thing this morning and was 12st 1! Got on a bit later and I was 12st 4, I'll take that as I was 12 & a half last weekend.

I bought a terrific pair of O'Neill board trousers from FreeSpirit in Birmingham this week - a size 14, and they're not particularly tight... in fact a wee bit loose. Not much more and I'll be pilfering my sister's 12s soon I hope! The last time I was on the lower edge of a size 14 was when I was at uni 9 years ago...

Back on the wagon tomorrow, and until my hols in Sept now. I'll be a good girl, really... I feel terribly guilty now as I write it all down!

    How's everyone else doing?

Oh boy, another wedding, another excuse to be naughty.
Tempted not to go to WI tomorrow but must do, because I am paying for it and because it may scare me into being good!

Gutted, I just spent about 15 minutes writing loads to go on here, having a bit of a rant to be honest, and my computer crashed so I lost it all. Proabably for the best for you guys though!

My lunch is now over so I will pop back on later and explain why I am so down in the dumps. It involves me slipping up big time and dreading my WI tonight x

1lb off this week which I'm happy considering I've eaten complete crap for the last 3 days!
Start nights tonight for 3 nights which usually helps with the weight loss. I can't eat at night and can't face food when I wake up so will save some points for a chinese on thursday when I finish.
