I can't believe you haven't given up on me! Well if you haven't given up then I can't very well give up on myself now can i?
Yupm Karen, that line is somewhere! Sian, ridiculously i do have a stash of low point snacks in my drawer but i reached for the damn donut. My colleagues know I have no will power yet they still buy a donut specifically for me!!

Morning all...
MY name is hot chick and I'm a foodaholic!!!
There I've said it...
I've been a clerk at WW for 5 years and in that time have managed to PUT on over a stone... I obviously lost when I forst started but it crept back on and more.
I've lost the will totally - stayed the same for 3 weeks and this week put on a pound - I could have cried!!!
So it's back to basic for me - and I need your help (if you don't mind!)
If I record my food on here daily - can you make sure I'm keeping within the rules and on the right track.
I know how to do it but for some reason caan't seem to keep on top of it.
I've got 10 weeks til my holiday and would like to lose at least a stone.
Hope you don't mind me putting the call out - but you all seem lovely so hope you can help me stay on the straight and narrow!0 -
Hey hot chick, I think it is great that you are looking for more help now to get you back on track. Sure we can all help each other. Do you think there is something that you have been doing differently? What were you doing in the weeks where you managed to lose?God is good, all the time

Thank you..To be honest it was SUCH a long time ago - was in the first year I lost 17lb, no where near my 2.5stone goal!!! But I looked and felt better so I lost my drive a bit..Also think that being a clerk doesn't help as I don't have to pay for meetings, but at least I go every week and get weighed and I don't want to give up clerking.I really found that TRACKING was the only way I REALLY lost any weight. So this morning with tracker in hand I am back on the wagon! Will do an on line tesco shop with only healthy low pointed things in - so that will help.Wish me luck (again!)0

Tracking it is then! I guess the good thing is that the little booklets will fit in your handbag well. Do you have a particular 'vice' that we can look at. For me I think it is pasta, but I am making sure that the majority or my pasta sauces are veggies which are free! I have also found that frylight is brilliant for frying some vegetables, mushrooms and tomatoes in particular are delish and free too! I also like my sweet treats so I am having smaller pointed meals and leaving points for snacks, I am loving the ww rich toffee bars, skinny cow ice cream bars and iced gems, all 1.5 points each so I can have a few snacks or pudding itemsGod is good, all the time

my vices are eating out, wine, sweet things - love the WW red berry bars!!
So will have to steer well clear of alcohol and eating out for a couple of weeks to get things kicked off...
The annoying thing is I kow what to do - I just can't seem to actually do it!! Weel will I think I'd call it!0 -
Puddings, Sian has a good point, dont buy them, then it will be easy to resist
)
I had my WI last night, lost 1lb which is great, but I'm still disappointed cos it was over 2 weeks & I've tried to be really good for those 2 weeks as well. Am going to London for a long weekend this weekend, so will have to try really hard cos I'll be eating out. I'll def need that motivation I think!
Btw, just got an email from Tesco. They've got lots of things on sale for £1, including a box of 3 soleros. Bargain people!
edit - seems that the bargain prices are only available if you order online!0 -
