Oh if only it WAS just the one day Hollowhead - it's been every day since WI on Saturday - ooops! Ah well..

Jocket - please please please send me some of that will power!! Well done.

My next mini goals is to lose 4.5lbs which will take me to 2 stone. Another half stone after that would be great by the end of July cos we have a big day out at West Witterings which we do every year, there's about 40 of us from a few different families (about 4 generations I think too) and I never go in the sea cos my body looked hideous and I always felt so self conscious with everyone there but this year I hope will be different.

So now I'm angry at myself for this shocking week of eating a weeks worth of points daily! So here's my line (one day before WI )
    ____________________________________________

Just had a giant bowl of strwaberries - you get so many for half a point - with a choc sprinkles mullerlight poured on top. I'll have a weetabix bar mid morning and have a WW bagel and pate for lunch plus a WW bar.

    Wobbly Puds x
Really should be doing some work...

Glad you've drawn that line Puddings - and you WILL look good for your day out, keep believing in yourself :)

I had a meringue last night with raspberries and a muller lite yoghurt, was delicious. Cant believe meringues are only half a point. How fantastic is that? :):)

puddings.. will power oh how i wish i had it years ago.. i wouldnt be in the state i am now .. this time its for real.. im hoping this time next year there will be a lot less of me .. a looooooot less of me lol.

One thing i found about this diet is that nothing is forbidden just needs pointing some items high some not as high as i thought, so i've never craved anything since being on the diet. if i fancy some crisps ( my major downfall for putting on weight) i have a pkt of skips or french fries. 1.5 points so after one bag no longer want more ( never ever thought i would hear myself say that) today i fancied toast and butter for brekkie, would have had 4 slices or more in the past today had 2 and they were delish.

I'm also tracking everything me and other half eat didnt the first 2 weeks just worked it out in my head.

oh and im also going away end of august to norfolk and we have said we will treat ourselves to some lovely fish and chips so thats our aim.. already pointed them lol

keep up the good work everyone ..

I keep meaning to buy some meringues...I LOVE them.

Yes, I hope I'll have more confidence - I really enjoy the day out with everyone that I lvoe but I didn't even go last year cos of hating myself and my body. Will book a spray tan too cos that always makes you feel better.

Actually I have the week after next off (my first break from work since April LAST YEAR!!) I'm so dedicated to my job  I'm not going anywhere cos I have no one to go with and a lack of cash so so far I've booked a pedicure to make my feet all soft and beautiful, using a birthday voucher for a massage, exfoliation and facial. I have a mate cutting my hair back into some sort of 'style'. I'll have some steams and sauna's at the gym and use the last couple of sunbed sessions that i booked a year ago :D

Trying to relax and chill out....

I'll have to think of some other cheapo things i can do.

    Thanks for your motivation moonflowers!

struggling today, feel like eating the whole contents of the house.
breakfast started off ok with all bran banana and skimmed milk
lunch i was hungry and had 3 slices seeded batch loaf which was 6pts plus a whole tin baked beans, and a yogurt, usually i only have half a tin of beans and 2 toast.
at craft group this afternoon, i ate 2 hob nobs, where i would usually have the will power to resist.
tonight i cooked 300g pasta, which i made a cheesy sauce with veg and salmon in to pour over the top, bf not here for tea tonight so me and 2 lads shared the whole lot, folled by another yogurt, and a couple of roses chocs. daren't point this meal up, i know i've gone over my points. will try to eat very little tonight to compersate, which will be hard later sat in front of tv on my own
enjoy life, we only get one chance at it:)

The Philedelphia has left the building :o) Hopefully can get back on track now! I'm feeling sooo much better so the doc was obviously right about my being wheat intolerant, just need to adjust now to what I can eat that works with WW. Not having bread can't be a bad thing I suppose - the wheat free stuff is yuk! I'm seriously gutted that I can't have gravy anymore :( A roast dinner without gravy just doesn't do it for me. OH is being oh so helpful by suggesting we go for a carvery tomorrow
Hope you all have a great weekend xx

Ooh, glad to hear I am not the only one splurging. It was my housemate's wedding yesterday and I decided I would not try to be the boring one sat at our table not eating so I had whatever I wanted :) When we arrived at the reception venue there was an ice cream van with free mr whippy and I had 2, with flakes!!! Naughty Sian. We had a salmon dish to start, not too bad and passed on a lot of that to other people, then a beef wellington (pastry, argh!) delish and didn't eat my potato and had lots of yummy veg, pudding was the killer, an assiette of desserts, a creme brulee (didn't eat much as wasn't too good), 2 meringues (not too bad!) and a yummy melt in the mouth thick brownie (well that blew it!). They had a ceilidh afterwards and I danced every dance which was great exercise. All in all 33 points for the day 12 points over, could have been a lot worse, glad I pointed it as I don't feel quite so bad now!
Oh, and it was a perfect, beautiful wedding!

Well we're all human & we all have off days. At least we know when we're being a bit bad now, not like in the past when we'd not worry.

On another note - my coop is selling 2 boxes of solero exotic for £3 at the moment (so that's only 50p)

Pud - well done for pointing it and we all have off days. I am planning on having a 'non WW day' this week as it's my birthday (my 30th... arrggghhhh. That's the first time I've written it down. It looks horrible). The OH and I have a 'rule' that birthdays, christmas and easter are our 'non WW days'.

WI this morning - I've hit the 2.5 stone mark now (wahoo!). Lost 3lb this week which is good as I didn't lose anything last week. Just another stone to go.

Did some Wii Fit this week and it told me my BMI is 26.09 - just one more point and a bit to go and I'm in Wii Fit's 'perfect' range. Can't wait for that one, seeing as I started just in the highest category on there!!

Am getting bored with my dinners though... there's only so many stir fries one can stomach!
