hot.chick - as the others said you definately need to eat more points, or at least have a good blow out once a week to make up for it :D

Hiya Gilly, welcome back off your hols (again!) Had a gool old nose at your pic's - looks lovely.

Ok so I started on 21st March at exactly 12 stone and size 14. I am now 10 stone 4.5lbs and size 12 (stretchy 12's!) - total loss is 23.5lbs. Its an average loss of 1.5 per week at the mo though the last few weeks have been a bit of a struggle and I don't hold out much hope for this week - I wont tell you what I have on my desk!! My leader asked on Saturday for my goal weight but I don't really have one - I just want to be a size 10 ultimately so am thinking another stone (maximum) although I know I'll never get silly and go too far cos I LOVE my food. It's just all on my thighs.

Actually my leader said i lost 3.5lbs last weeks but it WASN'T when I added it!! Will be telling her this week...!

Hot chick - why dont you try cutting out a particular food type, eg. praps try missing out bread for a week & see how that works? I know it works for some people & can give them the kick start they need. You must eat all your points, otherwise your body just goes in to "starvation mode" and doesnt burn off the fat.

Karen - well done, that's a great result, keep up the good work :)

Gilly - welcome back, hope you had a great holiday, & hope you get back into it all this week

Btw, love the idea of WW bars frozen, will have to give that a try!

jockettuk - 7lbs is a fantastic result in just 2 weeks! well done. You dont want to be losing faster than that. I've lost 9lbs in 6 weeks but hopefully it's a bit more now (I couldnt get to my WI last night)

keep up the good work :)

Jocket - thats FAB. Half a stone a week would be ridiculous and unhealthy and insustainable and blah blah blah so I stick out my tongue to those people!

Hi, I've been following this thread for a while and love listening to your tips. I've been back on WW for a fortnight after losing a stone a few years ago and putting it back on! I'm goin to Cuba in October so need to budge about 1.5 stone. Doing it the online way as meetings don't fit round my shifts.
Lost 5lb in the last 2 weeks but fell slightly off the wagon last night. Went to a country pub for tea and their main dishes change daily and wernt particularly healthy. My first choice was sold out so I went for a pork dish which was lovely but swimming in fat so clawing those points back the next few days!
Was going to dig some old exercise videos out this week and have a go but its just so hot! Drinking gallons of water though.

Hiya smartcat and welcome!! You've done great so far :j

WARNING: Do not try this at home:

I will be useless to you all at the moment cos I'm a BIG FAT EATING MACHINE and I can't seem to stop :o I can't bring myself to add up my points from yesterday but...3 donuts, 1 choc muffin, 3 giant white choc chip cookies, slice gooey choc cake, orange yogurt, 2 exotic solero's, thai green curry with rice and prawn crackers, j20, pack of pom bears, 1 cheese triangle, ww bagel with pate, jelly beans, curly wurly...

OH MY GOD THATS HIDEOUS!!! And someone commented once on this thread that they had no idea how I could possible reach my average of 80 points on a bad day! Well ha! There you go!! Of course its easy or we wouldn't be in this position and now doing WW now would we?? Phew rant over...

So far today I have had a Mullerlight (1.5) and a Weetabix bar (1). Pub sandwich and chips for lunch (quite a lot) and I should go to the gym tonight - BUT the air con at the gym is BROKEN so it's ridiculous and I'd rather not keel over in a puddle of wobbly mush.

Can you see what sort of mood i'm in this week? I was thinking last night that my 'binges' are about once a month so 3 weeks on and 1 week off - so it might be something to do with TOTM (and no will power) I don't get periods so I don't know but I like my excuse and I'm sticking to it!!

    So there :p

Love to all you great-doing-so-well people!

    Puds x

(I'm going to add up that little lot and will try not to give self heart attack)
Really should be doing some work...
