got my 2nd weigh in today .. feel a little bloated this morning but still feel like ive lost weight..
the WW bars especially the toffee ones ive put in the freezer takes longer to eat and dunk in my tea lol.. and so refreshing in this weather gonna buy some more todayThose we love don't go away,They walk beside us every day,Unseen, unheard, but always near,

I think I'm not eating enough points...
Average day...
B - yogurt & piece of fruit
L - yogurt, fruit, salad
D - chicken, cous cous, roasted veg,
S - fruit or WW snack bar
I think I'm on 22 points - just fed up of staying the same - feeling the pizza calling me away from the gym!0 -
Well, I've lost my first stone! :j:j:j:j
It has taken about 10 weeks, but had a few weeks off due to being unwell.
I think the next one might be quicker since I'm soooo retstricted by this wheat intolerance thing. Can't nibble on the pink and whites and rich tea like I used too! Still allowed chocolate though, but haven't fancied it in a while.
We're in for another hot day - was awful at work yesterday, I didn't know it was possible to sweat so much

Dee-Dee I don't know about cocktail points but I'm the same - I love the creamy ones, they're like pudding in a glass! Our local cocktail bar does a Bannoffee Pie one with mashed banana, cream and toffee liquers...YUM! Oh dear, I'm no motivation am I!!

Ok, hot.chick, does that little lot add up to 22 points cos it doesn't look like it does and if you're exercising too thats hardly anything I don't think! If this is low in points its low in calories and your body may be thinking "oh my god she wont give me fuel so I'm going to cling on to every last calorie for dear life!" To me, if you're not putting on nor losing your body is doing just this. I'm on 19 points, here's a typical day for me, I don't vary life hugely but I try to give my body some choice and variety occasionally:
B: WW Bagel (2) plus light pate (2) Apple (0.5)
L: Bacon (2) Bread (2) tomatoes (0) Mullerlight or WW bar (1.5)
S: WW Cookies or similar (1.5)Fishfingers (2.5) BNS Chips (0) Beans (2) Skinnny Cow ice cream (1.5)
S: Something else sweet (1.5)
I probably should have more fruit and veg but I'm a pudding person - proper puddings tooAlthough recently have been having a bowl of strawberries (0.5) with low fat ice cream (1.5) and a little strawberry sauce (0.5) YUM
So I eat all my points, go to gym for an hour 3-4 times a week and have at least one BAD unpointed day per week (when I do point this day to try and shame myself we are looking at an average of 80 points :eek:) - usually a Saturday cos I WI in the morning :rolleyes:
I have just had the Mullerlight orange with cho sprinkles - yummy - had to buy it in a multipack and pop round OH's to give him all the yucky cherry ones...

Sorry I havent time to read all the posts.Just to report a gain of 1.5lbs this week as we have been away on our hols!!!!!! I was determined to point whilst away but obviously this didnt happen. However, I did walk 16.5 miles in 3 days (according to my WW pedometer) but it still made noooooooooooo difference!!!The fish and chips and ice creams won
Anyhow back to a loss of 5.5lbs but determined this week to get that 1.5 off so i am back at my half stone and maybe , just maybe a little bit more.
Had bagel with low fat cream cheese and strawberries for breakfast:)
Just going to make a 0pt jelly and have it with cold low fat custard later(instead of fruit as i am getting sick of the same thing every day).

Can I ask how much you have lost altogether???I started 19th May and have lost 5.5lbs now(but it was 7 before hol!!!).
Goal weight is 11st 10lbs and starting weight was 14st 3.5lbs so a wayyyy to go yet!!!!
My first goal was half stone(achieved but not anymore lol!!!) and then second is my 5% of 10lbs.

think pudding hit it on the head your not eating enough points.. now bet you never thought you would hear that on a diet lol..
my other half is doing this diet with me and we (as in me cooking) is struggling to give him all his points so what im doing is pointing up all the snacks and tins etc in the house, ice cream etc and when he hasnt used up all his points we calculate what he got left then he goes in the cupboards/fride/freezer and gets out what has that points value.. he loves marcaroni cheese (yuk) but didnt think he could have this but hey presto he has it once a week..
mabey get some WW bars in and use them up get a ready meal or something but you need more food as your at the gym otherwise you will build muscle instead of fat and we all know thats heavier.
dont give up every day a new day every week a new week.
