Hi all, am thinking of either doing WW or SW, OH has lost 1stone in the last month just by cutting out crap, but I'm struggling!! Managed to shift a couple of lbs, but I need to lose about 4 stone and OH needs to lose around 6ish (which is why I'm thinking he's lost soo much to start). We've worked out his points allowance and I seem to remember its 42??!!?! Is that right? Can people actually eat that many points?
Anyway - diet hasn't fully started yet and so I've been partaked in some nice cool cider - hence typos and stuff!!
I'm assuming peopl in here with recommend WW but I'm not really good at weighing stuff etc - any tips or recommendations?

Hi everyone, sounds like you're all doing well!
I had my WI on Saturday- lost 1.5lbs, so that's a total of 29lbs. I'm really happy with that, but I go away for a few days on the 6th of August and I just wish I was more toned.
I don't go to the gym because I know that once I pay for my membership, I won't end up using it. Anyone got any good tips?

spooney do the gym have a pool.. if so might be worth the money to use the pool as and when you like..Im going to do this in a few weeks time when my back a bit better.. our local gym not the flashiest in the area or the dearest but they do a lot of aqua aerobics that are included in the monthly fee.. I'm not one for jogging or anything like that and the gym scares the hell out of me lol but swimming i feel so much better for doing it ..Those we love don't go away,They walk beside us every day,Unseen, unheard, but always near,
