What is wrong with me??? It's weigh in tomorrow and I was good at Nando's got back and its someone's birthday - I've had a mini brownie, a large white choc chip cookie AND a large milk choc chip cookie???? I have no idea what the points are...I'm scared to look! For some reason on a Friday I want to stuff my face - and I do - when I know its WI the next morning!!!!

    Grrr with myself.
Really should be doing some work...

Well I'm trying to be really good today - it's our work summer party this evening & there's going to be a hot buffet so I wont really be able to count. I guess I'll just try to be sensible but I think I might have to have a pudding of some sort tho ...!

Went out for a meal yesterday & was good, chose salmon & pasta, rather than the fattening meals with chips :A

Puddings, you've still got a few hours to go, try to have a really healthy low point too. Perhaps you need a butternut squash evening?!:rotfl:

Well, I did a Wagamama-style ramen with the mussels (2pts), stock, noodles (3pts) and mangetout, spring onion, spinach.

I've got a day at home today which is a killer when it comes to not wanting to snack! I shall busy myself in the garden (weather permitting) and around the house. WI tomorrow morning, I don't think I've lost this week as I've been a bit lazy in the evenings. Will see!

Just had an amazing breakfast, 2 poached eggs, fried mushrooms and tomatoes (in frylight butter flavour, this stuff is awesome!) and a healthy choices cheese triangle melted on the eggs, only 4 points! I love this 'diet'!

Puddings are you tired on Fridays? I've always found Fridays hardest - when I've finished work for the week and am shattered, I usually start eating everything in sight! Maybe you could have your favourite meal on Fridays so you have that to look forward to? I was going to get myself some ww pizzas especially for fridays cos pizza's a real 'naughty' food for me but since I'm now having to eat a wheat free diet I need to rethink that one lol!
Anyway hope the weigh-in wasn't too bad xx
Some people see the glass half full, others see the glass half empty - the enlightened are simply grateful to have a glass :)

I think maybe the key for me is to have lots of little snacky things for 1/2 to 1 1/2 points, pink n whites, skinny cow ice cream bars (mint one is lush!), iced gems, so that if I am tempted it is just a little temptation!

    Hi,

I am new to this thread and I have just joined WW for the third time - really hoping that this time I can make it stick!

I am hoping that sharing with people who are doing the same thing will help so I thought I'd introduce myself to you all.

I had my first weight in on Wed and have lost 3.5lbs which is the most I have ever lost in one week. I think the big difference for me is that this time I am using the online points tracker as I always struggle to work out how many points things were in the past and I am also trying to do some exercising - just walking 2 miles every other day at the moment as I think my knees might explode if I try to run just yet!

Thanks to all of youy for posting a I have found some of the posts really inspiring!

    Good afternoon all.

Oh I hate living in a flat - i want to sit in a garden!!!

Ah well. Karen, yes it probably is that I'm shattered after the week at work but its my WI on saturday morning first thing so *try* not to stuff face so I can digest everything before 9am the following day :o.

When I got home I added up all the points I'd eaten for the week - including anything naughty that I'd tried to forget. And, if you add my bonus points in too then I was over by about 12 for the week which actually isn't bad!! so all in all I lost 1.5 this week :j

Ate ANOTHER box of Ferrero Rocher yesterday (nearly through them all now) but today WW starts again.

Hi Dee-Dee, well done on your first WI :j

Sian I also love love love the Skinny cow mint choc chip ice cream AND it takes a while to eat for 1.5 points, hurrah. In fact I might have one now...its my last one so i think a stroll to Morrisons might be in order shortly - at least it will give me something to do cos I'm BORED!!

Moonflowers - how did the work buffet go? I can't control myself at buffets..:o
Really should be doing some work...

Hi everyone, & welcome Dee, that's a great start :)

Well done on your loss Puddings. The buffet went ok thanks, I was really good & only had a small plate of bits & pieces & then went back for a small helping of lasagne. I must admit I did have a chocolate cake but it was a party tho. Fingers crossed it wont have hurt the weight loss.

I'm with you on the low point snacks Sian. I find myself bored in the evenings & that's when I start picking on things, so need lots of low point things I can grab. At least that way it doesnt wreck the diet in one go. I've not seen mint Skinny cow, only the chocolate & berry ones. Where do they sell them, they sound nice.
