Have you been on this website? Loads of low point treats and eating out points, it was a lady I used to chat to on ww, she is lovely.

It won't let me onto the site, looks like it edited a word from the link as unsuitable, could you write it with gaps in the offending place?

    :)

good luck jockett! I am the same really, got poorly with other things and didn't worry about weight. Can't do everything at once can you :)

I don't know about BNS soup but Tesco/Sainsbury do some lovely 'own brand' extra low fat cheeses with garlic/herbs in, very tasty and taste very creamy :)

I took my measurements 6 weeks ago, and again today and overall (legs arms waist, stomach etc) I have lost 23.5cm but 0lb! The scales do lie!! :) Can see it most in my arms I think :)

Goodness me you lot are chatterboxes ;) I think we've moved on a couple of pages since yesterday afternoon alone!!!

Have read through and caught up so....huge congrats to the excellent weight losses and even the STS well done :T we are all so fab!

What a fantastic inch loss jam - sod the weight you're still shrinking. I've taken my measurements too at the beginning so will check tonight and give you an update tomorrow cos I can't remember off hand.

Well my big news is that I went to a conference thing this morning and there were mini pastries and croissants and teeny tiny bitesize chocolate digestives and shortbread biscuits....the list goes on!! Normally I'd be munching solidly the entire 2 hours but no, i had a glass of OJ and nicked an apple as I left!! Wooohoooooo me!

I am a child with my meals...live on fishfingers, they're so simple and I just cant be bothered to cook properly just for little old me. I had my marinated Nando's chicken and spicy rice last night - quite late by the time i got in I was flipping starving but kept myself busy till it had cooked so I didnt snack.

Mmmm meringue! I have a mini merignue (or 2) with chopped strawberries, a dollop of ice cream or a mullerlight with choc sprinkles! delish!!

Sian - I know what you mean about office politics - its been making me so miserable. This week I convinced my boss to let me move desks so I have and so far its great! We have one very clicky mean group of girls here and now I'm away from them am so much happier.

Right, signing off for now - have a ridiculous amount of work to do....although I'm sure I'll find time to hit 'refresh' and see what's going on in our WW lives :rotfl:

Not a waste Puddings, your body will thank you for the nutrients in the juice, that counts as one of your 5 a day :)

You're right Puddings, things move fast on this board! :)
Well done avoiding all those tasty goodies this morning, great self control oh & you're right the lemon meringue bars are nice. :)

Thanks for the meringue tips, I might have to buy some on my way home this evening now.

A tip for all of you that like cream, that my leader gave us last night. Apparently if you have a stainless steel bowl & put it in your freezer to make it really cool, then you whisk skimmed milk into it (beaten very hard) it will give you cream! Ok, so not real cream but the same consistency as squirty cream & a much healthier alternative. (Beware it doesnt last long tho, so it's a case of whisk & go)
