Last week I re-measured myself for the first time since I'd restarted but was disappointed that despite having lost 9lbs, I didnt really seem to have lost any inches. I was really pleased this morning tho, cos I wore a skirt I havent worn for a few weeks & it slid noticeably more easily. So I guess I must've lost a few cms at least :)

do any of you guys take your measurements? i have done this for a while and it helps keep me positive, some weeks i dont lose pounds, but lose inches which is really motivating. I dont actually mind what the scales say, I'm more interested in how I fit into clothes and body size.

Never done other times but this time I have and loads of pics of my love handles etc:p

Hey, I am! I can't munch anything as I have already exceeded my points by 1, was under yesterday though so that is good.

So Jamtart, tell me about you?

Well done everyone on losses and staying the sames :)

First full week, yeah. So losing the 3lb was a big deal for me; I think I have 2 stone to lose but little at a time I believe I will do it! I have a lot of clothes which are lovely which no longer fit, I have put on 2 stone in about 7years so nothing specific to blame, laziness probably. I think it will be the fear of the scales that will work, though I am really enjoying feeling fuller by making the right choices and still being able to snack
tonight I had homemade curry with a little rice and some naan, smaller portions but still delish, then a small slice of jamaican ginger cake with a little ice cream. And only 1 point over, this is a great plan :)
So what does everyone do when they aren't on here?

It is scary how weight can just creep on isn't it! Good luck to you, you can do it! :) My main motivation is my non-fitting wardrobe! :(

Mmm that sounds absolutely lovely! I had fish fingers :D such a child!

When I'm not here, well I work :( , I play on the review sites trying to earn a few extra pennies, and not a lot else and I work a lot :(

Work can be pretty rubbish, it is true. I have had some people at work be very supportive and others (who I don't necessarily get on with) making some little snide comments. I was suprised how good it felt to see a loss, to see that it was working and I think they weren't pleased that I was happy, some people are like that eh?

    Thanks :)
I think office politics wasn't something I thought about when I was a kid and I don't enjoy it now that I am in it after working at some great places where there was none of that.
So, what are your top tips for me then? I am loving the Pink n whites, (89p for 16 at home bargains!) any other snacks like that?
