Just back from WI and I stayed the same (after getting back on the scales for a second try
) I guess realistically that's a pretty fair result cos I have had 2 meals out this week & had a bit of a chocolate binge.
So back down to work now with a healthy tea - but I will still have my post WI treat tho.
Good luck to everyone else with their WI this evening.0 -

Thank you, I am really pleased. Will try hard again this week. I tracked, drank loads of water and stuck to points and had a long walk at the weekend.0

do any of you guys take your measurements? i have done this for a while and it helps keep me positive, some weeks i dont lose pounds, but lose inches which is really motivating. I dont actually mind what the scales say, I'm more interested in how I fit into clothes and body size.
