Lol, the only one that doesn't have a life  but hey wibbling away on t'internet stops me filling my belly when it's not hungry
Well done Gilly on the loss :T thats fab and what a great idea to take pic's of your journey. There are some people on the WW message boards who have their own websites talking about their 'journey's' and they are quite inspiring! I'm on 19 points at the mo but also live off butternut squash chips to fill up my plate - I'm a treat person so HAVE to have points left at the end of the day for a pudding.
I am STARVING this morning! Off to toast my bagel :-) xReally should be doing some work...0 -
i am finding the 21 points i'm allowed is leaving me feeling hungry and lightheaded most of the time, did anybody else feel like this at the beginning, i'm only onto my 3rd day, and struggling
shaz xenjoy life, we only get one chance at it:)0 -
I am on 22 points a day and for the first few days I felt a little hungry maybe. But after those first few days I began to find it difficult to use up all my points if I am honest! I did eat very badly before I started WW, and now eat much healthier options. The point with WW is that nothing really is banned, however I have definitely improved my eating habits. For example, I have not had a real bar of chocolate for over a month now, whereas before it would not be unheard of for me to eat 4 in a day(!).
Stick with it, it will get easier.
BTW Did not post post my loss last week, which was only half a pound. Am going to WI tonight, am not hopeful cos I have been out for dinner twice this week and although tried to stick to healthy options I feel like I have eaten loads.
Week 1 - 4 lbs loss
Week 2 - 3 lbs loss
Week 3 - 1/2 lb loss
Week 4 - ??0 -
Shaz, I really think the first week is the toughest, while your body adjusts to not having so much food. It does get easier after that initial shock to the system and I also think craving bad stuff becomes less of an issue too.
Sending you skinny vibes!I like cooking with wine......sometimes I even put it in the food!0 -
Update from earlier message, been to WI and lost 2lbs! Hooray!0
