Awww try to stay positive and think about all the good you've done so far! You'll probably have a good loss next week. I'm naughty because I weigh myself every morning  and I get disheartened if they don't go down every few days lol but I try to look at the bigger picture - ie. work towards a good loss at the end of the month rather than the end of each week.

    Keep your chin up xx

    thanks Karen :)

I guess I'm just frustrated cos I want to get back down to my goal weight again quickly. Funny how you can put on so much weight in no time at all, but cant lose it at that same rate!

I dont have any scales at home any more. I think I'd be weighing myself all the time if I did & so this way I cant be lulled into a false sense of security!

Well done Gilly, every little counts & they all add up to lots :D

  • does this work out right if my bagel has 216 cals in and 0.2g of saturated fat and my points for that would be 3.

0g would be 3 and 0.5g would be 3.5 so I'd probably opt for 3 as it's nearer to that lol

Emma - you can use eSource on the weightwatchers website. You can calculate your points on there. I use it to track what I'm eating throughout the day & that way I dont "forget" anything later.

    Hi All,

I wrote one of my epic posts yesterday and it's GONE!

Maybe a good thing I'm in a really down mood and I would probably have dragged you all down with me! WW has been non-existant all week so I'm not looking forward to WI Saturday but I'll go, assess the damage and hopefully that will motivate me into a new start.

I just want to cry  all the time at the moment its ridiculous. And then chocolate - lots and lots of chocolate - enters my mouth which unfortunately makes me more miserable as I know the consequences but I can't stop. Emma I have an empty space but I think its my heart not my stomach although it appears I'm trying to reach my heart through my stomach but its not working...

Anyway, I found these Cassava crackers in Waitrose that are only one point each - in the crisp section and they are DELICIOUS. Flavours are Thai Green Curry, Schezchuan Prawn and Sweet Chilli. So I'm still thinking about WW but I had Monster Munch for breakfast, oops.

Saturday will be a new start, yes it will yes it will yes it will. I know I should start NOW but I'm just not in the mood.

Moonflowers - a STS is better than a gain and your leader could be right and next week it will all catch up! Keep going.

    Well done Gilly :T

    Have great days.

Thanks Pudding and thanks for the tip on the crackers, I'll look out for them. Alpen light bars are 1 point too, if you're after a sweet alternative.

I find the only way to avoid chocolate is to not buy it! Altho I do buy myself a chocolate bar after every weigh-in as a treat. I have the Options hot chocolate drinks too - tried a turkish delight one last night & that was yummy.

Try not to go too mad over the next couple of days before your WI & then it might help a little. You're right tho, it's all to do with your head - if your mind isnt in the right place then I find you just cant do it.

    Good luck :)

    Hi
Well points wise I seem to be doing ok ish!!My leader told me to drop down to 21 points now that I am under 14st but hey whats all that about????!!!!! I think I will stick to the 22 as that is bad enough LOL!!!!!
I hope everyone is doing ok.
Sorry to hear Pudding that you havent had such a good week. I know if you are not feeling ok mentally it is very hard to follow the plan. I had had a bad year hence the weight gain. Things are slowly looking up and I am finding it easier to focus on losing weight again!!!!
Moonflower I just had a look at your blog and saw your love of music!!!
I too love music and feel it is soo good for you!!It totally lifts my mood.
By music I mean the likes of Westlife and Boyzone
but whatever it is it is good for you.
I went to see Boyzone in concert on Tuesday night and I am still on a massive high. They were fantastic.
I have pics on facebook but not sure if anyone has facebook. If you do and want to add me just send me a PM!!!
    Catch up soon
    Gilly x
    Take care
