Well, I decided that the OH didn't deserve the treacle tart so that ruled out option 1, I did have dinner last night so that was option 3 out the picture so therefore....I'm going with option 2!!

The tart is nicely wrapped up and in the fridge ready for Saturday as a treat after weigh in - I hope its still fresh by then!

    Well done Puddings!

Puddings I have just read your last post and you are in such a good frame of mind!

Well done for getting your 10%. I can't wait to get mine. I'm currently at a loss of 17lbs and I need to lose 24lbs to get my 10%.

It's funny you said you didnt enjoy the treacle tart. A few weeks ago after I had a good loss, I bought myself a bar of galaxy chocolate and thought I would treat myself after my weigh in. I started eating it and I didnt even enjoy it. I had to give it away (something I never EVER thought I would see!) I think I have lost my appitite for some bad foods now. Am gutted though cause I used to love tucking into a bit of chocolate and now I seem unable to!

Due to it being Bank Holiday last night I've got my weigh in tonight so will report back.

3 weeks till my holiday and would love to lose another 4/5lbs by then (though I will be happy with 3 off)

Hi Penky, it is really wierd how your tastes change - I am still addicted to chocolate but cant eat anywhere near as much as I used to!

I really am in a good frame of mind - when you look at my last years worth of facebook status I have been miserable (really miserable!) for about 12 months!!! Life's been a bit rubbish but its getting better.

You haven't got long to go till your 10% and I know you can do it - can't wait to read your ecstatic post in a few weeks!!

I'm looking forward to lunch today - WW pitta with WW coronation tuna and a bag of french fries, yum!

Blimey think I've over used the exclamation marks in this post!!

    Puds x

Grrrrr @ my other half, he keeps bringing chinese round!! Well twice in the last fortnight anyway  The first time I felt I'd earnt it after all that cleaning but last time I just had two spoonfuls of curry and a chicken ball. I had 5 points to use up but doubt that would've covered it! Last night we went for a carvery for his daughters bday. Only had about 5 points again but ate a small slice of beef, slice of turkey, bit of cauliflower cheese, 2 boiled potatoes, 3 roast potatoes , yorkshire pudding, stuffing ball and the naughty gravy. Didn't have dessert but came home and ate 3 rocky bars  That's me starving for the rest of the week lol
I don't know why but whenever I eat something I consider to be 'naughty' - like when the children have takeaway at wkend - I'll pinch a bit of doner meat or slice of garlic bread with cheese - I then always end up having something else bad like chocolate digestives! Must learn to control myself more
Hope everyone else is having a good week xx

    Hi Karen23.

I have to say a big tut tut to your other half! When I first started my partner wasnt very supportive and I had to have serious words with him. He used to moan when we would go in town that I didnt want to go McDonalds to have lunch. He claimed that because of my diet I was stopping him from eating the food he wanted too. I said at the time that he could go in and have it whilst I shopped and I would meet him later! It got to the stage where I told him either you support me or I go it alone. I told him that this is really important to me and I'm doing it whether he likes it or not!

Have any of you other had problems with the other halves? Any partners feeling a little bit worried that once you get down to your goal that you're going to go off with a better model?! That's happened to my friend before.

Anyway, enough babbling on! Had my weigh in this week and I lost 4lb! Very happy about that as I'm now 1lb above target again. Woo hoo!!!!

Wow, bloody hell Penky thats FANTASTIC!!!

I did have a problem with the OH but only cos we were as bad as eachother! However, we seperated 3 or 4 months ago and are currently 'dating' to try and work things out and he is being really supportive now that he can see the results and how much happier its making me - which helps with us getting on too. So if we go out he wont have pudding cos he knows that if i see him having one I get jealous and want one of my own! We had a chinese takeaway on Friday night - stuck to my points with delish chicken and mushroom and singapore noodles, worked out about 6 in total. We also went to pizza express...oh yum! If we have dinner at one of our houses he now loves BNS chips and he will get mullerlights for pudding rather than my favourite bannoffee pie :-)

I dont know if he worries if I'll run off with someone else - he's the one that virtually did that and the reason I left!! So quite frankly it would serve him right....joke!!

Am waiting for my BNS chips to cook.. x
