I am going back to work today after 10 weeks recouperation following a virus, so I am hoping the weight will start to move.

How was your first day back, Josey?

Ok, ok, i need to go back onto Weightwatchers, lost 7 stone..... 2 back on, this has to change.....Help!!!
  • Well I'm disappointed. I haven't particularly went over my points allowance (maybe 1 or 2 points over here & there), and for the past 3 weigh ins I've haven't lost weight. In fact today, 3rd weigh in, I've actually put a pound on :( I am so disappointed with myself. Does anyone have an idea what I can do to encourage the weight loss again? I have never gone to a ww meeting, I've been counting the points at home.

Hmm, well I find going to the meetings really helps keep me on track, there's no way I'd be able to do this without them and the support from my leader.

A Krispy Kreme just fell into my mouth and I have no idea how it did that - its a scandal I tell you!! Its 5 points....no breakfast for me then.

Welcome Jodie :hello: I am a serious chocoholic and pudding person and have a regular stock of WW or equivalent bars, biscuits, desserts in the cupboards, freezer and desk drawers!

No gym visits for me this week which is the first time since starting WW so I'm unsure what to expect on Saturdays WI as I normally go 4 times a week and don't eat the BP's.

Have a good day Peeps x

I have had a sore throat and head ache all week and am stressed with work and have gone over points every day now. Thankfully the comfort food i'm snacking on is WW so its not as bad as it could have been but with no gym either...eeeek!

Apologies tried not to moan but I couldn't help it!!

    Hi guys

I am a newbie, can I join your gang?

I have followed ww couple of years ago and lost nearly 6 stone before my wedding. However have put it all back on (plus 6 lbs!!) and have started following the ww plan from this week. I am not going to the meetings - can't really justify the cost at the mo. Was considering going to one meeting to get the code for esource so I can at least follow ww online a bit cheaper. Anyone got any suggestions on how to get a code without going to a meeting? Does anyone know if you can get a code at your first meeting?

    Thanks
    Philippa

Very quiet thread at the mo...

    Welcome Philippa and Tasha :hello:

WI today and I got off lightly with a 1/2lb gain but thats it here's my line

    _______________________________________________________

and now for a good week. Just had a yummy snack (not hungry for dinner) of Tesco Light Choices melba toast - 6 for 1 point - with pate, LF cheddar and ELF garlic and herb cream cheese. Delicious! Enough points left for a pudding - either Mullerlight vanilla and choc yogurt which I've not tried yet or a WW iced dessert maybe followed by a Flump!

I haven't seen any of the wine I'm afraid but then I haven't looked..

Me again, I have the hugest pan of zero point spicy ratatouille simmering on the hob. Gonna have it for lunch this week at work served with a toasted WW pitta bread :-)

    Have great weeks x
