Oh and as for the Mikado sticks - DELICIOUS - and I stopped easily at 6 although not entirely sure how to poin that 6th one, the WW message boards say 3 = 0.5 and 5 = 1 point, so I'm classing it as 2 lots of three :D

Things like that confuse me! It's the same with pink and whites. 1 = 0.5 but 2 = 1.5. So if I eat 1 in the morning and 1 in the afternooon, does that equal 1 point or 1.5 point?

Forgot to say - only got to lose 1 more pound to get to my 20% goal too :j. Not sure what to set as my next goal? Thinking of maybe getting my BMI to 30 (currently 34). I will then be classed as overweight rather than obese - that would be great!!!

Wow Wee studentmidwife that really is a truly fantastic achievement, bet you feel great..have you treated yourself to a new wardobe yet??
I feel i have so far to go...only just returned to WW and have at least 2 stone to lose. How do you manage to keep motivated every week? Im trying hard at the mo to break the habit of a eating loads for a couple of days after WI and then i panic and hardly eat a thing....so im trying to treat every day including the weekend (hard) as the day before my WI. I can put on 3 pounds easily at the weekend and then spend the rest of the week trying to get it off and so on....
    Well done again.
and a big hello to everyone else too

Thanks mackeroo - I feel fab :D. A big family holiday to France in August is my motivation. We went 2 years ago when I was a size 22/24 and over 18 stone and I felt (and looked) awful - I was determined not to look like that when we go this year and I won't :j.

I find setting myself smaller goals works for me too.

Good luck - if I can do it anyone can ;)

Do I get one at the meeting? I had a big bouncy 50lbs on my online weight tracker :D. I forgot to take my card to the meeting last week so will hopefully get one next week.

The leader has to send off for it, as they are personalised. So should have applied a few weeks ago when you were approaching the big 50. Just give them a reminder.

    Evening Everyone
    hope you all well
I have my weigh in tomorrow eve and been stepping on the scales every morning.....i get so despondent at times as i sometimes think coz ive been sticking to my points then i should lose at least half a stone as a reward every week!! Ha ha i know it aint going to happen and that its better to lose 1-2 pounds a week, blah blah blah but its hard at times i think to keep the motivation up when it comes off so slow.
I think back to this time last year i was heading away for my hen weekend to cardiff in june and i felt so confident and happy..i want to be that woman again! Mad at myself for putting all the weight back on..but hey thats in the past and at least i am doing something about it now
Had a yummy tea, a sainsburys tuna fishcake (low points) with cous cous and roasted veg and my evening large glass of wine
