3 weeks, lost 8lbs, I have a lot to go though, I want to lose around 8st in total.
There is nothing either good or bad but thinking makes it so.

    Thats brill, well done!

I need to lose about 5 1/2 stone to get down to the top end of my ideal weight for my height. I try not to think about it though. One stone at a time!

To be honest I'm not really bothered about what I weigh, more about what I look like!

I am a WW member and have been for around 3 years, very much off and on tho!! I have found this one which works out at 11 points for the complete recipe.
    Lentil & Chickpea Casserole
    Low fat cooking spray
    1 red onion, sliced thinly
    2 garlic cloves, crushed
    2 celery sticks, chopped
    1 teaspoons cumin seed
    400g can cherry tomatoes
    400g can green lentils, drained
    400g can chickpeas, drained
    1 vegetable stock cube
    150ml boiling water
    150g (5 ½ oz) young leaf spinach
    1 tablespoon freshly chopped parsleyMethod
Lightly coat a large lidded non stick saucepan with low fat cooking spray. Heat until hot. Add the onion and fry for 3 minutes. Add the garlic, celery and cumin and continue cooking in the onions juices for 3 minutes to soften the vegetables.
Add the tomatoes, lentils and chickpeas with the stock cube and water. Bring to the boil, cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
Stir in the spinach and cook for a further 2 - 3 minutes until the spinach has wilted. Serve hot with a sprinkle of parsley on top.
