Welcome milliemonster.
Dont activate your pass online until 2 days before your next meeting, as the month does not start until you activate it - if that makes sense.
They take the next payment 2 weeks before your pass expires, as this gives them time to post it out to you. So if you activate it on Sunday the 26th they will take your next payment on 12th May.
They say never to carry over more than 4 point per day. People do not count their exercise points if this is something you always do, as they should be part of your normal points - this can be worked from your 1st week book.
The zero point foods are also in the week one handout.Josey0 -

End of week 2 - lost another 2lb :j
Managed to resist saturday nights takeaway 2 weeks on the trot. Had a really crap day thursday - cried for 3 hours but didn't binge on chocolate as I normally would - so overall I'm quite pleased with myselfSome people see the glass half full, others see the glass half empty - the enlightened are simply grateful to have a glass0 -
I'm doing Weight Watchers from home and i lost 2lbs this week. Very proud of myself as i have a very active social life and saying no to things is hard and i get put in a lot of situations where i can the option between pizza or salad and this time salad one. I booked my hoilday up now so i have something to work for. Also for anyone who wants to work out at home i really recommend Davina Superbody work out dvd the best one i have ever done.0

Hello peeps!
Been a few weeks since I've been on here. Due to me being away with work and my class falling on a bank holiday I went missed 2 weigh ins which worried me slightly as I felt I wasnt being as strict with myself as I should.
Got weighed last night though and to my suprise lost 5lbs which means I have reached a loss of 1 stone in 6 weeks.Am very happy with that!
Well done to all of you and your weight losses. It seems like some people are disappointed with only loosing small amounts. I was feeling this way in my first few weeks as it was coming off slowly but I then realised something. If you only loose 1lb per week thats still 3 1/2 stone in a year which is amazing! Seriously you are all doing so well so keep it up!
2 of my meetings this month fall on Bank Holiday so have been cancelled and I'm going to make sure I go to another class on the Tuesday as I need them to stay on track.
I have a holiday in 7 weeks time and I would like to loose another stone by then (which would mean 2lbs a week) it's possible but I'm not going to beat myself up about it if I dont. At the end of the day I'm doing this to get slimmer for life not just my holiday!
It's good to be back and welcome to all the newbies
