    Hi Jordy,

Have you been eating enough everyday? Do you want to post a typical days/weeks menu for us to have a look at and maybe we can make some suggestions for you? You could then try for one more week and see how you do.

I understand the attraction to low carb - I did it at the beginning of last year, lost well but got so bored after about 6 weeks then it all went back on..

Anyway, I hope we can help a bit x

I know that some weight loss is better than none, but whenever I've dieted before I have always lost most in the first few weeks and then expect it to level off to 2 or so pounds a week. To start off at that is very disappointing.
There is nothing either good or bad but thinking makes it so.

    Hi Jordylass,

Wow are your points accurate - how do you do that? I'm not sure what to say about your menu's I'm really quite new at all this so hopefully someone with more experience will come along and have some ideas. Some of the days are quite low compared to your total point allowance which could be a problem?

I have just had couscous for the first time and quite enjoyed it :-) I have also bought a load of zero point veg including butternut squash which i've never had before or cooked so that could be interesting this evening - there's a lot about it on the WW website so I thought I'd give it a whirl!

Ugh I can't wait to finish work today...although I have a cleaning job to go to after and was contemplating a gym visit (WI tomorrow!)

    Hi Pudding,

I have not got a lot to say today - sorry.
I love butternut squash, even before I joined WW.
Had a bad day today and I was trying to be good ready for weigh in tomorrow.
B - Cinnamon roll with icing.
L - Fish and chips with friends at Loch Fyne.
    D - Chinese take away.

Then I offered to make coffee as we watched a couple of episodes of Buffy, and partner brought out the Baileys and a box of M&S swiss chocolates.

Hope your weigh in goes well tomorrow, or at least not too bad after your weekend feast.

I feel stuffed and very pig like.

Weigh in this morning and put on 1/2 a pound, so not bad at all. If I had not been at WW that would have easily been 7 pounds +.

Pudding - How did you do?

Anyhoo, back on track tomorrow

WI Saturday morning - lost 1.5lbs and stupidly was disappointed! I know its very good considering the food that I consumed.

Well done on just the half pound Josey. Our leader said yesterday that if we aim for a 1lb a week loss, by Xmas we will have lost 2 and a half stone - must be a couple of dress sizes :j so lets go for it!

Pudding, our leader said that 10lbs is a dress size, so I should be a size 14 by now - so why are my size 20 clothes still fitting and the 18s are still too tight.
