Well I've had the WORST 3 days...about 80 points each day, oops! But right back on it today

Woa, no offence, but how do you manage to go over 80 points a day? I struggle to do that even if I tried hard. I feel bad just going over by say 5 points.

None taken! My day on Saturday consisted of a big bowl of chicken and bacon pasta (pub lunch) with garlic bread followed by Bannoffee pie, then out for evening with the girls consuming rather large quanitities of wine, then a sausage sandwich and an ENTIRE easter egg :o The day before I went to a cheese and wine evening after lunch out that included a large slice of rocky road cake and caramel hot chocolate...I have no will power enough said!

So you see, when I'm bad I'm REALLY bad!! I'm a comfort eater and have been exceptionally miserable this week but I'm back on track today :A

Oh and yes, i do feel bad...!
Really should be doing some work...

  • Advice required from weight watchers.

My OH & I have been following the points regime for about 2 months & we have both had good results. However, we have both put a 1lb on & neither of us can work out why.

Any advice would be appreciated :)
