Help! I can't stop eating

Have slipped back to my old ways this week - really good all day and then BAM evening comes and I'm stuffing my face! And I'm going to the cinema tonight and I thought I'll take a couple of WW snacks but the way I'm going right now I'll probably be hitting the pick n mix...or the ice cream...or both! Everything! And its WI on Saturday morning!! I've been good for 7 weeks!

Well done on the loss nanna_jack and Mackeroo - as the others have said don't get disheartened x
Really should be doing some work...

    hello! :hello:

i was on weight watchers a few years ago and lost 4st, but over the years its crept back on again, plus i've recently had a baby which doesnt help... :( so i want to go back on it again seeing as it worked so well last time.

trouble is, money is the pure definition of tight at the moment, i cant afford ongoing fees so i'll have to DIY it and i need the cheapest way to do it. i've seen the books and points finders and things on ebay but i was wondering how much they are at the meetings now? as if it would be cheaper to go to a meeting and buy them there i'll do that instead? i have a free registration voucher :) thanks.

End of week 4 and I'm down half a stone :D Only another 4 half stones to go lol

Finding it very easy so far, but mustn't speak too soon. If the weight loss slows down I know I'll probably get disheartened with it. Am living on WW lasagne, but have almost run out and can't get to Iceland this week where they're only a pound, so think I'm going to struggle!

Hi all, i've been reading this thread for last few days and am finding it really encouraging. I joined WW online just this week and bought back issues of the mag which has been a great help. tomorrow is day 1 and am feeling oddly excited about it :o

    Purpleroses, glad you found us.

Emlou2009 use your free meeting voucher and get all the information you are given in that meeting. You should be able to do it from there if you have support at home or with friends.

Puddings Dont give up. We all have times when we slip from the programme. Just start afresh tomorrow.

Well done everyone on the great weight losses - no matter how small - we will even take ounces.

I have lost 1/2 this week. I am going back to work today after 10 weeks recouperation following a virus, so I am hoping the weight will start to move.

    Hi All and welcome newbies!

Big congrats on the weightlosses everyone, keep going.

Well I nearly didnt go to WI on Saturday as I couldnt face a gain but by some miracle/fluke I lost 1.5 - I have no idea how that happened. Maybe I wasn't as bad as I thought..I have upped the exercise though a tad so maybe thats what did it. I'm going to be good this week incase it all catches up with me though.

I was nearly really bad on Friday with a 3 course meal before hitting the cinema but the main course took so long to come that we had to cancel it cos the film was starting so I only had a starter! It was Jalepeno poppers from Chiquitos - I was so looking forward to my chicken burritos and fried banana but I think it was the great WW Goddess looking down on me and sabotaged my plan to sabotage myself!!

Went to a BBQ yesterday and took a whole bunch of WW friendly stuff so stuffed my face and was within points. I've signed up 2 friends to do WW too so I wanted to show them that you can have delicious stuff. I did mediterranean veg on skewers, low fat sausage pieces and veg on skewers and the new potatoes on skewers from the WW mag - I had a lot of skewers....they all went!

Right so I've wibbled on enough this morning, boring you completely with the entirety of my weekend! I'm still half asleep but I'm going to go make an options hot choc :-)

Thanks for all your support I can't do it without you x
Really should be doing some work...
