It's my birthday today and due to a bit of money I broke the £20k barrier in savings!
Speaking of which i need to change my signature!"I'm not from around here, I have my own customs"
For confirmation: No, I'm not a 40 year old woman, I'm a 26 year old bloke!0 -
ooh, that's a great barrier break through Riq!!Be who you are and say what you feel because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind.

Happy (belated) Birthday, Riq.
I'm 20*, so I am younger than most of you. Flippin' 'eck, LIR, I had no idea you were so old (just teasing!!):p:p:p;):D
Managed to get £800 into savings this month as there was loads of overtime available. Also did the 500 mile round trip to look at some properties again at the weekend. One was quite interesting, it needs a fair bit of work and we are currently discussing whether to try an offer on it.........
*Ok, in truth I think I'm the oldest here at 38 (and then it is only for a few weeks more. I'm far too close to 39!), but I just liked the idea of being 20 again for a moment or two!0 -

can't remember whether I posted but we found out that the dental work I need done will be done on the nhs as it's more complex than 1st thought (not good). on the brigt side the money I had saved for that has now become our fee fund, so that's one less thing to find money for.
