If it is of any interest to anyone, I just got an email from Crown Currency Exchange with Euros for 1.1150 for March.

I do hope that alared is correct though and that Sterling will improve a bit! Can't be doing much for our imports, which we do rely on!

If the BoE cuts by half a % on Thursday then €1-12 is priced in within the next few weeks.

it shows what a difference a couple of days makes, my mom changed 500 pound into euros on fri and got 510 euros, i changed 500 yesterday and got 530 euros and today i would have got 538 , i didnt dare hold on any longer as didnt want to be waiting for a delivery the day before i go away but its looking a bit better for people going away at a later date:j

Agreed, but it`s still crap to the €1-45 we were getting just over a year ago.
Can`t see those days coming back for a long time

true true.. we went to halkidiki in sept and it was 1.25 then which was poo but amazing compared to now!:rolleyes:
