  • Evening all.

Well, hectic day had in the Wanna household. Went out for my bike ride this am and got wet on the way home. Washing was half dry by the time it started to rain.
[STRIKE]Cuddled[/STRIKE] Made pizza dough in my BREADMAKER. Finished pizza's were yum (even tho I'm not supposed to have that much pizza on my diet).:o
Took the boys to the indoor play area, by the time we got there it was persisting it down with rain. They spent THREE HOURS running around. Where do they get that much energy from? Gave them Veg pasta with sausages that came from our local butcher for dinner. They are THE best sausages. Funnily enough, put them to bed and not heard a peep. Think they must have been asleep before their heads even hit the pillow. With any luck I may even get a lie in as well tomorrow:D
Am now going to have another glass of wine and enjoy my full remote control priviledges (DH is sea fishing until early hours);) Nice to have an evening watching my sort of programs for a change without the inevitable groan when i choose Pride and Prejudice:rotfl: Men, they don't know good television when they see it:p
Have waffled enough (you can tell I've already had a glass or two of wine)Hope you all have a good evening.
    Wanna

Red wine please if it is on offer, I need it with the connection problems. what a saga

I have had an horrendous 3 days, most of which spent on the phone to either Talk Talk or BT, on Thursday a.m. while using Bband it went off. Picked up the phone to check if I had a line which I did with like electronic switching noises as well. Reported to Talk-Talk who I have my phone with atm, who took the call well, but it went downhill after that, and I went through the normal checks and nothing cleared it so they passed it to a BT engineer. Noise disapeared around mid-day, but bband will not connect. BT Business who my Bband is currently with I have to admit have been fabulous trying assist. It was nice to talk to a native English speaker who understood what I was talking about. Currently on dial up, cannot have it free as Talk-Talk do not recognise 0808 calls as free so being very sparing with use. Dial up not staying up long, and very slow even for dial up, await BT BBand engineer on Monday. Tried to talk to Talk-Talk again today there will be a complaint about the attitutde of one of their none native English speakers going in as well as telling them where to put their package. What is crazy is I have been with Talk-Talk One-Tel for 2 years with no problems, and within 2 weeks I am going to tell the other branch to lose themselves. Sorry Rant over.

Thanks Pen-Pen - don't be mean make it a Large One!!

S0d it had enough this connection has a remarkable resemblence to the underwear of a lady of the night!

GB - I agree with you Smoky should visit her doctor and consider going on the sick, as she is not fit to work with all this worry, and it will cover her for not being at her job. She can then look at all benefits which may be available.

Smoky - please tell us if you need anything.

Jet - so pleased to hear about the job, and how much better you are feeling as I can remember you being very down.

    X-stitch here I come. DG

That is terrible and the swine that hurt your aunt should get what he deserves!

    Smokey

    Hope that things get better.

Made pancakes for breakfast and then went out to Monks Cross shopping centre with two DDs. each of them got a pair of jeans and two tops and my 19 year old got a pair of dressy shoes as well:j

Made salad tortillas when we got home and DH and Dds are watching "Saving Private Ryan" which seems to be a tearjerker

Just about to load the dishwasher and then make myself a hot drink.

    Hugs to everybody
