    Thanks to all the replys, I have spoken to the credit card company and they cannot do anything until i do not receive my tickets which in this case is the day after the festival begins. However they have said i am protected from fraud and in this event would received reimbursement from then. But these tickets were for my daughter and her boyfriend for christmas,so i dont know whether i will now have to wait and buy more tickets from ticketmaster or wait, hope and see if my original purchase comes true .
