Thank you for you advice, this is extremely useful. However, in order to complete the claim form you are required to provide the address and I cannot find these details for Durban Vienna or Tickets4Venues who I have now discovered are owned by Durban Vienna.

We have also been scammed by Ticket4Venues which is owned by Durban Vienna, I brought 2 ticket for George Michael back in July for £576, and received an email from the company advising that they are no longer trading and I will not be getting my tickets. I actually paid for the tickets by debit card and therefore my bank was unable to arrange reimbursement of the money. I am now faced with no option but to issue County Court claim online in a last ditch attempt to obtain reimbursement and would be grateful if anyone could confirm the full address for either Durban Vienna or Tickets4Venues. Thanks in anticipation.

it still shocks me to the core that these people can get away with this. It should be cracked down far quicker.

having just lost £200 atleast to double8tickets scammers, I hate these scum bags right now. Hope all involved manage to get their money back.

The BBC Radio 4 You and Yours programme ran a feature about these rogue ticket agencies the other day. 9 of these agencies are all under investigation at the moment. They all seem to be operating out of Hungary and this may link them to a notorious character who has been around a few of years with many such scam agencies. I won't give you his name, but I think you can guess who I am talking about! More details here, including the chance to listen to the actual feature (Real Player) :-

Thank you, this is extremely ueful, I have listened to the broadcast and have furnished You and Yours at the BBC with the details of my situation.

Still trying to track down the postal addresses for Tickets4Venues or Durban Vienna in order to pursue a claim - hopefully someone out there will be able to provide this information.
