I have bought from this outfit online for Bruce Springsteen. Very hard to contact on the telephone, numerous times the phone ringing out, or being put on hold with nobody answering the phone. After googling for them, I telephoned my credit card provider, informed them I was worried about fraud and cancelled my card. My balance is currently £0 on my account so fingers crossed I have not been scammed. Fortunately have managed to obtain my tickets through ticketmaster. I urge anyone who has dealings with this company to seek assistance from your credit card company. Print your confirmatory email. I have been infored this is sufficient to lodge a claim with should they have debited my account.0

I can't believe people still buy tickets online from any source other than the venue or ticketmaster/big companies.
Hope you all get your money back. The size of a glory hole in an open pit should not be greater than the cross-section of the haul trucks that dump into it. Otherwise, you are bound to lose a truck, sooner or later. Source: Sergio Cha

I have just paid £230 for 2 U2 tickets from smarthospitalitytickets.com using my debit card.
Has anyone, or anyone know anyone who has had succesfull dealings with smarthospitalitytickets.com I think i'm going to contact my bank to cancel the transaction0 -
Just a quick one,
if the site doesnt look legit- common sense says dont use it????
and secondly, most of these's sites send an automated email to tell you your order is confirmed, not that your tickets are confirmed. You need to read it properly...0 -

Before you ring your bank, ring smarthospitality, a customer helpline number should be sent to you with your receipt.0 -

I booked tickets by credit card for my whole family last year to see Take That through smarthospitalitytickets.com at £1240.
I have received no tickets and just found out this website has scammed me. We are all totally gutted and so upset.
Does anyone have any advice how I can get the money back? I paid by credit card.......0 -

Contact your credit card company now and say that you haven't received your tickets. If the INDIIVIDUAL TICKETS cost £100 or more, then they have equal liablity under Section 75 of the Credit Act.
