I feel that Pheobe n I started this along with monieworrie me so I can only apoligies for my lack of attendance recently however it's important that more people who feel they won't see their tickets OR the money- should DO THE RIGHT THING in their eyes, after all there will always be Many many V fests in years to come, we all work hard for our money so why should 'certain others' get away with taking our money and NOT working hard at all...
    I hope more people out there get what they feel they deserve..Well done to all for keeping up the pressure..

  • I have this evening heard about a bad experience from a relative which prompted me to search the web and find this thread.

    My relative booked tickets for Bon Jovi in Manchester for tomorrow (well today as after midnight) back in March and was a birthday present for my sister. Luckily I bought from a reputable site back on November but the tickets from SFT have not arrived, despite their having charge a separate recorded delivery fee.

    We have contacted them by phone and have been told to meet "John" at 6pm tomorrow and been provided with his mobile number, which is currently unavailable. As you may be aware the gates open at 4pm so a 6pm meet time does nothing to calm nerves. I understand they will travel on the off chance they meet "john" and he hands over legitimate tickets. I have everything crossed for them and hope you will too as obviously no time now to obtain tickets.

    Silly thing is I could have got them tickets last week from a colleague unable to now go....
  • We too are in the same boat as your relatives i ordered my tickets back in March and like you are still waiting for them to turn up. Had nuerous phone calls to there "customer services" number which just happened to be £1.50 min only to be told ever time "they could sympathise with me" (no they couldnt) and that they would get someone to call me . When i did eventually get a call from them i was told 2 different thing:- 1) i to would also have to meet "John Wilkins" and provided with a mobile number
    2) when i complained about the times to meet him (2hours after doors open) i was told that they might beable to send the tickets to me???
    I have now decided like the last post to go to the concert in the hopes that i meet this mysterious "john" and hopefully claim my tickets.

  • Hi quick update about what happened yesterday. Got to the concert about 1pm yesterday and constantly tried to phone the mysterious "John". His mobile phone was constantly dead from 1pm-3.45pm. Then actually got in touch with him to inform me he had arrived with my tickets. I got my tickets just on 4pm so as far as i can see i got my tickets but i will NEVER use that company ever again. Trust me its far safer to try and go through the regular channels. I would definatly not recommnend this site to anyone and anyone who is thinking of using it then DON'T as you can get in touch with them through there phone line and to just try and get a message to them requires you to phone a £1.50 min phone number. I hope the other post (becs16) got their tickets like us and besides that it was a brilliant concert but not worth the agony of waiting for the tickets !!
  • Hi I'm Just writing to try give some piece of mind to people that are concerned about tickets for events, I purchased tickets on the 3rd of april for bon jovi at Hampden Park, Glasgow on saturday the 21st of June'08. I bought the tickets as you would on the net with a company you thought will provide tickets and not even think twice about wether you will get them or not. It was 5days before the concert that i thought i would chase them up because they had not arrived when i typed in on google about reviews to see what this company was like and read some major horror stories about people going on saying they cancelled there tickets because of what they had seen on the internet, but i did not see any reviews on people who had received tickets and commented that they have had them, Which made me call there customer services on the 0906.... number(£1.50per min if you call just press option 1 to get operator its just an info service with loads of usless info to get through to operator) ....I really thought that i was bumped and had no chance of getting to the concert, but my main worry was my bank card, because of what i read i decided to call my bank and get them to check if there had any other small transactions after the initial payment to find out they had not taken anymore money but i decide to cancel my card anyway! To cut a long sorry short i emailed them with there call back service and true to there word they called me the following day at the time asked give or take a few minutes and told me that my tickets will be with me on the thursday 2days before and THEY CAME THANK GOD!!!! I know how i felt in the lead upto the concert thinking we were going and got it into my head that we weren't, But we got there!!! Bit of an emotional rollercoaster! I wouldn't buy other tickets from this company because of the torment upto it but thought it would only be fair to take time and post a message saying that i got them! Concert was get got totally drenched but hey who cares lol. Feel free to message me if you want
