Guinea Pig with Spices Picante de cuy"
The whole guinea pig is marinated overnight in spices, including cumin, black pepper, paprika and dried red chillies.Red and yellow peppers are also liquidised and added to the marinade just before cooking. After marinating, the meat is barbecued and served whole, but split in two like a fillet.
Pretty sure this would be free on a red day:D:eek:

Hi everyone
Having not logged on for a fair few months I have decided to come back.
Unfortunately have put a small amount back on since May but luckily not all. I really must get back on the plan as I feel so annoyed with myself.
So to all, keep going and keep losing.

Thanks to those who answered my SW Dilemma Post!!:T I don't know what Fast Forward is but will look into it. I am eating very well and getting loads of variety. Like I said, I made loads of recipes from SW and can't remember last time I bought anything ready-made. It's all been healthy casseroles, homemade soups and so on. The only area where I think I am possibly a bit "same old, same old" is on my breakfast. But I really do enjoy my 1 oz cereal, skimmed milk and a sliced banana.
I have decided to go next week and then review the situation.
Thanks again:A0 -

SW Dilemma
Have lost just under 2 stones with SW
I am wondering whether to stop going for maybe 4-6 weeks and just carrying on as I am at home because TBH all these £4.50's are adding up and I don't really feel I'm learning a lot now. I deffo will NOT go back to my old ways of eating because I am very positive about the SW way of eating.
Hi
Not sure if there are replies to your post, I am reading over the post i have missed, read yours above and thought i would comment.
Why not change your target to 2 stone loss, then you would be target member and be able to have free weekly weigh ins..go with that for a few weeks?

hi lovelyladybird
Yes you can freeze your chilli. Because you have cooked your quorn you have changed its "state" & it can now be frozen.
I do it all the time.( one for me 2 for the freezer:D )0
