Am I right in thinking that parsnips, sweetcorn and peas arent because of their natural sugars?

  • I think peas n sweetcorn are only free on green days - dunno about parsnips

  • Yes, potatoes, parsnips and peas and sweetcorn are free food on green only. They are not superfree foods.

Superfree foods are only those which are free on both/all plans.

However, from what Consultant31 has posted, all the veg mentioned can be considered free foods (not superfree foods) on the Extra Easy plan.

Sounds like an interesting theory. I still don't get why SW don't promote portion control. There's still no need to be hungry with free food, but I'm starting to believe portion control is THE only way to go.

11 days til I go back to SW - want to lose 4 stone by May (on top of what I've already lost ) :j Really don't want to be at work this week - I've wound down too early!
