Crickey, the new extra easy plan sounds, well extra easy! I cant get my head round eating unlimited pasta and meat/tuna together but if its proven to work then brill!

I'm definitely giving this a go in the New Year.

I'm also thinking of going back to group in the New Year too, I joined back in April of this year but only managed to attend 3 classes as there was too much going on in my life at the time. Things now should be a little quieter so I'm hoping I wont have to miss any weeks.

I'm guessing my local consultant wont have the hump that I didnt stick it out first time around? I'm a little nervous of going back!

    I don't get the new plan :confused::confused::o:o

seems to me the whole underpinning thing with Sw has always been to keep your carbs and your meats apart - that seemed to me to be the whole hub of SW.

Now all of a sudden oh no we can scoff as much chicken/beef/fish and as much spuds/rice/pasta as we want all together :confused::confused:

    Huh !!!!!!????

How come ? How come it works ? Does if defo 100% work ?

No no no Mr J, that was never the idea! That is food combining and SW is very much against f/c. You were (and still are) meant to eat protein, carbs and veg together on both the Original and the Green plans using free foods and HEs.

The Extra Easy plan gives you the option to have even more free foods but still using them along with HEs to give a good and varied diet.

As to your last question "does it work" a resounding YES it does and very well too. The people trialling it have had some brilliant losses, otherwise it would never have been unleashed onto the members.

You just have to trust that the nutritionist knows her job, has had the plan tweaked and the trials have proved it works if you follow it 100%.
I let my mind wander and it never came back!

I did a lovely stilton dip with quark.

Just crumble in a HEA measure of good blue stilton and leave overnight to let the quark soak up the flavour of the cheese.

Or you could do a garlic and onion dip with some parsley sprinkled in.
But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.

sorry I'm even more lost now :confused:

am I wrong in thinking the new plan allows you too eat as much steak/fish/chicken along with as much spuds/SW chips/rice/.pasta as you want ?

    thanks
