1.5lb off this week. Thats 7.5lb in 5 weeks so I got my sticker.

I was so surprised as I didnt feel like Id lost anything and I had a cream cake at my daughters the other day and 2 sweets out of a tin of QS at work. I actually didnt want any more than that which is a shock to me. But you dont put weight on eating 1 cream cake do you lol.

Meal out tonight with OHs team from work then another weigh in on Tuesday so although Im not going to 'not eat' tonight I will try to be a bit more limited on the desserts than normal. And as Im driving its diet coke for me anyway instead of J20.

    xxp00

Merry Christmas everyone incase I dont get back on before next week

    Hi All

Well I stuck to it and had a pasta n sauce last night.

Today I have had a mince pie, and a savoury rice with boiled eggs. I am going to have a couple of clementines now.

I am feeling very proud of myself at the moment as we have all sorts of goodies in the cupboards for the kids over christmas and I haven't touched any of them!!!

    Hey all

I had a wobbly week, been a week of cooking 4 full turkey dinners and a spread of party food... I have not been too good during the day...but have been good with my evening meals.

Not to sure what to eat over the weekend....any one had anything exciting lately getting stuck in a bit of a food rut....so ideas would be appreciated

I read in a magazine today that some Belgian researchers had found that people who have plenty of dark chocolate in the fridge/larder (which is supposed to be better for you anyway) found that they lost that "must eat chocolate now" feeling as it was there.

Guess who has three huge bars of dark chocolate in the fridge now? None of my family like it, so it remains to be seen whether this theory will prove true for me. Watch this space!:)

I know what you mean Judderman, but I do find dark chocolate does not have such an addictive quality to it like the gorgeous full of fat and sugar milk one does. I can but try.

Why of why can I not be one of those people who gets addicted to exercise.? It just makes me want to eat more.

I guess the reason it doesn't for me is that I am the opposite to you in that I actually don't like milk and love plain - the darker/stronger.highest cocoa bean content the more I like it - Poulain (french) Plain chocolate oh my yummy :p:o:o

Oh I ate tooo much and three, yes three Oreo Cookie Milk Shakes at TGI tonight :o:o:o
