Nope I am Canadian, born and bred - a much different sort of animal alltogether;)
Americans like to be mistaken for Canadians while we are generally insulted if someone mistakes us for American - although being Canadian we are far to polite to say anything:rotfl::rotfl:. Mind you I must say every American I have met has been very nice;)

    Well hello everyone,

Weigh in was last night, I put on 1lb, but I know where it came from, I have been ill with this cold bug going round, didn't feel like eating much and when I did it was rubbish. But I am glad it was only a 1lb, could have been alot worse!

Well i lost 1/2 lb last night so that is 4 in 2 weeks. I cant really complain as i had a few meals out this week and visitors keep bringing around chocolates and mince pies for me to eat. I just have no will power in those type of situations

If you go to group, all will be revealed in the next session (or possibly the one after that, depending on your Consultant)

Well i have lost the plot recently, I have been a bit naughty and a bit poorly and its my birthday today and christmas next week, so I have decided to stop beating myself up about these treats i am having and start again after christmas.
My DH and I have bought a Wii with the fit board thingy so I plan to use that to manage my weight and im going to start going to SW classes in the new year. So i'll be watching this thread with interest to keep me semi motivated and i'll be back in a couple of weeks with my tail between my legs. :)
