snack - advent chocolate (2 or 3 syns)
L avoided the local cafe (would have been a dietary disaster :rotfl: ), avoided the chippy, avoided KFC and instead came home for a huge pile of SW chips, 'fried' eggs and spagetti letters. The world was a better place after that
avoided the free mince pie after school play :A

Anyway here is my eating plan for the day.
Breakfast - oats so simple with fruit and milk (heb, free, hea)
Lunch - homemade leek and potato soup (free) with 2 satsumas (free)
Dinner - Friday night fry lite up, with egg, bacon, quorn sausages, eggs and sw chips (free,hb)
snacks will be a couple of mince pies, a handful of chocolates from the now opened tin of roses, several glasses of wine tonight, a handful of salted peanuts, probably a bag of crisps and anything else that comes within my range - I am just in one of those moods:o
Love
Marion
