    well done Rob :T:T:beer:

Yes i had heard before I started that men in particular seem to do well on SW - hence I went for it ...well that and being able to eat unlimited quantities of the right foods :D:D;)

    That is a stunning, stunning amount - 1st 3.5 lbs in 4 weeks :eek::eek::eek::eek:

I'm jealous too, but well done.

  • Well, I am officially feeling human again.... thanks for all your wishes, it has been rubbish to feel so... err... rubbish:rolleyes:

I have had a good day today food wise, done lots of avoiding bad things, so I feel pleased with myself, green day today

B yogurt and pear, tea, milk from HEA

snack - advent chocolate (2 or 3 syns)

L avoided the local cafe (would have been a dietary disaster :rotfl: ), avoided the chippy, avoided KFC and instead came home for a huge pile of SW chips, 'fried' eggs and spagetti letters. The world was a better place after that :D

avoided the free mince pie after school play :A

D beef daube (HEBx2), mash, roast parsnips, carrots and swede. yummmmy:T

.... which meant half a bottle of wine (12 syns) was ON PLAN!!:T :rotfl: :T I can love this 'diet'

AND today, a mummy I knew from gym (about a year back) stopped me in the street and her first words were ....

'Wow! You have lost loads of weight!'

    :D:D:DI'm still grinning :D:D:D
  • evenin Peeps :hello:

    Well weigh in tonight

Last two weeks I put on one pound each week, I have been good since last weigh in , other than the Thai Buffet I had on Sunday where I troughed like a good un.

Was optimistically hoping for a maintain. sooo ......

    lost 1.5 :j:j:j

Well after what i said last night - i lost 1lb this morning. Im shocked, and its given me a little motivation to stay on the wagon till after christmas. I think being poorly helped :)

Anyway here is my eating plan for the day.

Breakfast - oats so simple with fruit and milk (heb, free, hea)
Lunch - homemade leek and potato soup (free) with 2 satsumas (free)
Dinner - Friday night fry lite up, with egg, bacon, quorn sausages, eggs and sw chips (free,hb)
snacks will be a couple of mince pies, a handful of chocolates from the now opened tin of roses, several glasses of wine tonight, a handful of salted peanuts, probably a bag of crisps and anything else that comes within my range - I am just in one of those moods:o

    Love
    Marion
