Hi All, Aldi Optifit Bio Low Fat Yogurt with Wholegrains..Strawberry, free on both green and red days.
These are very big 250g and cost 45p but do come on offer sometimes.I love the orange & pineapple.
Every one i know raves about how great these are but i dont like them, each to their own i guess xYou never know how strong you are until being strong is the only choice you have.

Nope I am Canadian, born and bred - a much different sort of animal alltogether;)
Americans like to be mistaken for Canadians while we are generally insulted if someone mistakes us for American - although being Canadian we are far to polite to say anything:rotfl::rotfl:. Mind you I must say every American I have met has been very nice;)

I used to like it when I was at home - but I normally just went along for the fights - used to love them! In fact it wasn't really considered a good game if there wasn't a fair smattering of blood on the ice:j:eek: I am much more quiet and restrained now adays of course:o:o
